Nope, not necessarily. Take a look at one of his fights with Namor. He adapted to the circumstances, allowing him to breathe underwater and causing his skin to turn blue.

For the record, Hulk owned Namor in that fight 😉

Noone of the fighters were doing their best except for Hulk. You can ask anyone who reads IM, Namor, WM etc. That's not how they fight.

Obviously Wonder Man couldn’t use his skill here for any thing other than punching, because Hulk could just throw him off every time he grabbed him. Same went for Hercules. Namor tried to take him out from behind and use that to his advantage, but was then backhanded instantly after his attack. All Iron Man could do was blast him and not only did it have no effect, but it nearly got him killed.

2. All you “proved” was Hulk resisting spikes that have nothing to do with this case. I proved that Hulk is not quick enough to avoid tendrils that (I proved that too) move faster than bullets. And taking him over and suffocating him are two arguments you yet have to disprove.
