You're right. Atheists don't, in fact, have a book of rules. We have something called Common Sense. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is one of the world's oldest cannons. Just because it's mentioned in the Bible, doesn't make it a "holy rule". It doesn't take a genius to realize that you have to follow laws in this world.
