If you could...

Now, I am assuming that everyone has seen all 6 movies, now that you have seen them all, what would be 5 things you would change about each film.

Mine:

Episode 1:

a)giving Maul a better death
b)kill Jar-Jar!!!
c)more action, less politics
d)anakin not being able to destroy the trade federation ship
e)jedi council actually using the force

Episode 2:

a)killing Jar-Jar
b)Jango not dieing 😠
c)less of the vorny love scenes
d)more of a look into the start of the clone wars, more battle scenes
e)something actually interesting that happens

Episode 3:

a)seeing more of Darth Vader
b)seeing Anakin Darth Vader (pre-suit) with a Sith blade
c)General Grievous living!!
d)Mace Windu's group lasting longer against Sidious
e)Killing Jar-Jar (thats right, he's in this one too)

I'll post the next trilogy later on.

Episode I:

a.) Not even allow Jar Jar to exist in the first place. Or Gungans in general.
b.) More politics, less action.
c.) The Clone Wars starting here, with Dooku and all.
d.) Make Anakin and Padme each a few years older.
e.) Digitalize Yoda.

Episode 2:

a.) It's the middle of the War.
b.) Jango never existed, and Boba remains in the OT.
c.) Hayden's out. So's Natalie Or they're seriously worked on. This ties in with the loves scenes as well.
d.) Maul is in this one, still a silent guy, and he dies here.
e.) More development with Sidious and the Sith stories.

Episode III:

a.) Palpatine isn't turned into a laughing baffoon.
b.) General Grievous has no cough, is even more of an Ahole and this is second movie.
c.) Dooku is given more screen time.
d.) We see Anakin and the Clones fighting in the temple.
e.) Anakin's fall takes longer.

EPI

a.) Make clear to the viewer that Sidious and Palpy are one and the same
b.) see more manipulation by Sidious in the Senate
c.) Make Anakin more of the age of Luke, with the challenge to become a Jedi... like Luke (hence enhancing the power of choice)
d.) start the Clone Wars
e.) Forget the Gungans

EP2
a.) Anakin get recruited in Clone Wars, we see the hero we can cheer for
b.) Closer friendship between OB1 and Anakin
c.) New opening: Dooku arrives on Geonosis
d.) Serious wooing by Palpy taking place
e.) See the Tusken slaughter - the hero falls... (in secret)

Ep3
a.) Stonger dillemma in Anakin's turn
b.) OB1 trying to appeal the good in him (OB1 once thought as you do)
c.) More Dooku
d.) Anakin slaughters Mace (he had that coming)
e.) Slaughter in the temple (a hero dies...)

TPM
- Count Dooku introduced. Seen with Qui-Gon talking about corruption in the Republic etc.
-No Gungans and no Jake lloyd. Have Anakin older.
-CW start. Dooku is still shown as a good guy. Made to look like Maul is the leader.
-Better space battle. More like that of ROTJ.
-Perhaps more politics. Dooku and Palpatine shown talking in one of the senate seessions.

AOTC
-Introduce Dooku earlier and make it clear he is a bad guy. Show him seducing some systems into joining the CIS. Establish him as a character we love to hate.
-Have Maul killed off in some spectacular duel with Obi-Wan taking revenge for his masters death.
-Obi-Wan and Anakin are like brothers
-Dooku fights Mace at the end - not Yoda. They stalemate, Dooku escapes (yet not because Mace is stronger).
-Introduce GG. Have him talking with the Count.

ROTS
-Make it clear the CIS are winning the CW. Show GG on the battlefield killing heaps of clones
-Mace vs Sidious fight longer. Sidious wins - doesnt get beaten with a saber.
-More of Anakin being seduced. Perhaps another encounter with Dooku in which he again loses. This makes Anakin angrier still. Shows a huge lust for power.
- Anakin and Dooku duke it out. Takes place somewhere awesome (Council Chamber). He beats Dooku after a real duel (no 1 minute load of bullsh*t.
-More links to the OT. Eg the start of the Rebellion, Yoda landing on Dagobah,

The Phantom Menace:
1). Give Qui-Gon an even bigger part
2). More action (lightsaber fights against Maul)
3). Make the entire Tatooine part shorter
4). Gungan Army = more of it fighting the droids
5). More about Palpatine's rise to Chancellorship

Attack of the Clones:
1). A lot less love scenes
2). More information of Sifo-Dyas
3). A longer Geonosis fight between Jedi and droids
4). More of Coleman Trebor and Jango Fett
5). Injure Obi-Wan more than a slash on an arm and leg

Return of the Sith:
1). More on the Jedi Purge
2). A big thing on Anakin's march on the Jedi Temple
3). More of Dooku
4). Less love scenes: Make the whole thing a big war!
5). A longer Yoda-Palpatine lightsaber duel

Here is my Original Trilogy changes:

Episode IV:

a)Luke not whining quite as much (not at all would be great)
b)The Death Star putting up a better fight against the Rebels (I really don't like them)
c)The Death Star being able to withstand more than a few rockets, I don't care how well-placed they were
d)The Emperor
e)Ground battles with the rebels against the Empire

Episode V:

a.)Empire killing more Rebels
b.)Luke gets eaten by the Wampa!
c.)Nothing Else, this is my second favourite Star Wars movie, next to Episode VI

Episode VI:

a.)The damned Ewoks and a few Rebel Soldiers not being able to defeat an entire legion of the Emperor's best troops (not possible!!!)
b.)Once again, the Death Star being able to take more damage
c.)More lines for the Emperor, all of his lines were absolutely crazy
d.)Having the Star Destroyers attack the Rebel fleet and not just waiting there so they didn't run away
e)Darth Vader not turning back to the light and kill Luke to remain Sidious's apprentice

TPM
1. QuiGon orders the Clone Army after learning the sith ties to the Trade Federation Army.
2. Anakin is a scary mature/skilled boy...cool, calculating, with a temper, but very deliberate and agressive.
3. Incopetance of the Jedi is shown just as much as the failures of the senate. QuiGon takes matters into hsi own hands, saving Naboo.
4. QuiGon dies defending Anakin from Maul, Kenobi then kills him.
5. Dooku is shown as a Jedi, a friend of QuiGon, helping him and skepitcal of the Jedi order. Dooku starts to coax Anakin to seek power and deals with Palpatine.

AOTC
1. Dooku immediately enters the picture as the Speratist leader. THe true power and corruption he wreaks is shown.
2. Jango's motivations for creating the army revealed, more indepth analysis of Jango'buir and his character.
3. Anakin and Padmé's realationship is more realistic.
4. Geonosis shown for the bloodbath it was.
5. Show the true depth of Palpatines manipulative skills, both in the senate and with Anakin.

ROTS
1. This is war, lets show it...from the battlegrounds to the temple.
2. Clones developed as characters, especially the commanders.
3. Show Anakin as the true sadistic bastard he becomes. Let all his pentup frustrations with the order burst forth into cruelty, malice, and hatred.
4. Show the ultimate failure and hypocrisy fo Jedi totalitarian ideology.
5. Formation of the rebellion. Can we please see it already?

I'm not sure who you are referring to, but I will answer anyways, I have read the Episode 3 novelization.

b.) Maul dies in the Clone Wars at the hands of Anakin.
c.) New opening: Dooku arrives on Geonosis
d.) See the Tusken slaughter - the hero falls... (in secret)

Ep3
a.) More dramatic Anakin moments, of his unleashing true evil.
b.) OB1 trying to appeal the good in him (OB1 once thought as you do)
c.) More Dooku
d.) Anakin slaughters Mace (he had that coming)
e.) Slaughter in the temple (a hero dies...)
f.)Anakin pwning younglings.
g.)More extreme force use in Anakin versus Obi-Wan.
