ok guys this is something I noticed in dmc . before come to the "persuade "sean, Gibbs said "there's a bit more speed to be coax in ................"to jack and liz.first time i saw it I thought jack and elizabeth are looking at gibbs while he saying that 😕 but when im watched it for the second time i realize jack is looking at elizabeth(not Gibbs) and never took his eyes off her.(actually you cant see it clearly becouse of his hair ,zoom it and see then you wil see where is he looking at) 😉 .the way he glance is superb hot mates.i think i watched it more than hundred times 🙂 . sparrabeth is hot and rock 💃

MY LIL SPPARABETH STORY UPDATE: okay, i fyou people don't remember, I'm making a story which'll alter the course of time and history and will send you all back into the past- okay, I'm not that good, and the story isn't either, but I hope it's enough to tickle your fancies. It'll be an alternate ending to AWE, and I've got all the information I need to finish my little tale.

well, it did seem that way...but I'm beginning to think DMC was just a halluciantion on our part......we all thought we saw and heard things, but in reality..we didn't............it was all just a trick, ted and terry and the entire Pirates crew played with our hearts and our minds.........

I love Sparrabeth...I was so excited and filled with so much anticipation before AWE...all those youtube vids which showed what we all thought to be real and true.......but, alas, it wasn't.....

Elizabeth and Will Turner were just two bloody stupid kids that took advantage of their good friend Jack...who sacrificed everything for them.....and all he got was a dingy and a bottle of rum...

they each got their own ship, they got to have some fun on a beach and they both get a son......only, it's not all that simple....they only get to spend one day together out of every ten years....or do they get a lifetime together after Will returns and liz and son are waiting on the beach..nobody really knows...not even the two men that wrote the stupid movie...

I'm bitter with t and t and AWE as if you couldn't tell...

I'm sorry I just can't hate Elizabeth. She's a pirate...that's it. Nothing more or less. She's selfish?...a bit...spoiled?...sure!!! But she's noble too...and honorable. Kinda like a female, posh and respectable version of Jack...that's why I think they would be so perfect.

Aw, lovethemtigers! You haven't been listening to me. We weren't wrong. The things that happened in DMC were real (well, no they weren't, but movie aside, yes, it's real). There was something happening there. There always had been since "There'll be no living with her after this." It only intensified in DMC and started becoming mutual. Liz is in real torment because her honorable side and her pirate side are conflicted. It doesn't matter that the compass was pointing to the chest the whole time. The mere fact that she thought it wasn't pointing to the chest confirms there was something going on. The closest we got to it was Curiosity. There it was, a list of terms and justifications explaining the feelings they were having for each other. And then...Liz made a choice. Had she thought about it just a second longer, she would have realized, "Wait, Jack was rowing away and the kraken still came after the ship. I guess he really isn't that big a danger to the group." But she didn't. Her guilt prompted her to make it up to Will and what better way to do that then to "save his life?" So she made her choice, kissed him, and was about to lean in and give him another one, but it was over. It didn't exactly die, but it became a horrible, crippled mess.

So it wasn't wrong to see sparrabeth. It's not wrong to still prefer them.

She's just tooo honorable to leave her fiance for Jack.

I think that's it, isn't it?

Has anybody here read the last book (The End) in "A Series of Unfortunate Events?" I found some similarities with our wonderful ship I'd like to discuss, but it wouldn't make any sense if you hadn't read the book 🙂

willofthewisp, you are so right about Sparrabeth in DMC. It was there and TnT acknowledged it too (Jack is vexed, Liz wanted to slake her lust) in their commentary. Lovethemtigers, don't give up just yet. We may not have the perfect Sparrabeth ending or sparrabeth in POTC 4 but we are definitely NOT imagining things. Don't go believing the willabethers - they don't get it and will never get it.

One track mind. focusing on chosen ship. wearing blinders. neutral-bit-leaning people not wearing them.

Seriously!!! I mean how can Millions of people possible be wrong about Jack and Elizabeth??? That is just ridiculous!!! We are not imagining things....Sparrabeth was there! We didn't just fall in love with Jack, Elizabeth and dead air!!! We fell in love with Jack, Elizabeth and the clear on screen chemistry that they had!!! I was srawn to the power of their feelings....i felt the earth shake beneath my feet when i saw Jack and Liz's lips touch for the first time!!! That very second I knew that my illusion for Sparrabeth to happen after COTBP was not only something i secretly longed for....it was Now a HUGE POSSIBLITY!!!!! POTC as I Knew it completely changed!!!! We fell in love with the Obvious feelings that were there!! We did NOT only see what we wanted to see, their romance was aknowledged by the wirters, by Jerry, By Gore it was even advertized.....the Jack and Liz toys been sold together, Will's toy saying he cant have both his father or liz, liz's toy saying who will she choose!! They were all signs, they knew that Sparrabeth was becoming big!!! So we didnt just fall in love with an illusion, we fell in love with LOVE!!!!!!!!!

Love the passion, PirateDiva. It makes you wonder just who Disney itself was in favor of when they marketed it. They get to edit the trailers as they see fit, decide what goes on the toys, comic books, etc. It makes you wonder who championed what. Maybe there was a dispute or maybe Disney just wanted the same thing we wanted and T&T stuck to their guns with what they wanted to do. Or maybe it was a really tough call for T&T. I don't know, and it's one of the many reasons I'm looking forward to the dvd for their commentary.
