I've been realizing more and more and looking at you had posted about Elizabeth. I thinking the very same thing that she has moved on from Will. Like I said I think she was more excited for her Son then for herself. She was thinking in her mind "Finally my son Will meet his father. I'm so happy for him". She did look very calm and content. I truly believe that Jack and Elizabeth's connection and love for each other is much more stronger then before. It was Will's NOT Jack's desnity to stab Davey Jone's heart. We all knew that .From reading the answers to the questions that people had about the movie from the DVD booklet Will is FOREVER tied to the Flying Ductman he can NEVER leave the ship. I think that both Elizabeth and Will have moved on because of that reason. Will has a very important job to do which is more then just being the captain of the ship, his main job is to crossover the souls that have died. If I lived in that time and had died at sea from anything I would feel better knowing Will is going to cross me over then Davey Jones. Even though I don't really like Will all that much I still trust him to do his job. I do like Will he's okay. I liked him with Becket, Davey Jones his father. he's wonderful in thoescenes. Him and Elizabeth are NOT soulmates. I mean they care about each other and love each other but I think at point at the end where She and her son are waiting for Will I truly believe that they are and always will be very good friends forever. And that's nice and very lovely. Sparrabeth is NOT dead. I have a 2 beauitful song that I want you to hear one is from Salior Moon It's called "My Only Love" and the other is from a Jennifer Love Hewitt movie called "If Only" The song is "Love Will Show You Everything" I'll put the links for the songs and I'll replay back with the lyrics to both songs

hey guys ive come up with a sparrabeth thing that i want to do...but i sort of want to sort out the story lol 🙂

so i was basically inspired by the fanvideo 'apologise' that i posted on here a few weeks ago....with clips edited together from other movies with kiera and johnny....

well...i have 'from hell' and 'the man who cried' and i also have 'dr zhivago' with kiera in it, and from looking at the three films i can see that i could make a pretty good story-video from the clips...

BASICALLY i want to do a story of After AWE but showing what happened between jack and liz (you know, they eventually give into lust etc lol) and IF the boy at the end is actually jacks (there is a little boy in dr zhivago that i could use lol).

but i need your help in deciding how to go about it....

do i want liz remembering what went on between them?
and also, i need music to go with it lol 🙂

ofcourse it will have potc in it 😄 ...but i guess i just wanted to try something different 🙂

this is so weird..cuz I've been having these same thoughts......a POST AWE story..and I even had a song in mind...but for the life of me I can't think of it right now....but that is a wonderful idea!

I'm feeling kind of down and out today about Sparrabeth and what could have and should have been.....everywhere I go I see that stupid DVD staring me in the face the minute I walk into a store and a part of me wants to go kick the display over and stomp on all of them.....and then all i can remember is how much we all thought this was going to be the best of the best....that it would be a movie we couldn't live without......and now when I see it I just feel empty sad and depressed...and I've yet to buy it....I just don't know if I can bring myself to watch it...I've only seen it that one horrible day in the theatre.......

actually lovethemtigers, i would recommend buying it, if you can bear to. i mean, i saw it only twice in theatres, and hated it with a PASSION both times--- really, i mean, i was miserable, i could barely watch it.

but i went ahead and bought it and watched it with some friends when it came out, and realized i really didn't hate it as much as i thought i did--- something about watching it not in theatres maybe, or having gotten used to the ending... i really enjoyed the first 2 hours of the movie a lot. i was able to appreciate Johnny's performance a lot of more, and some of the other things in the movie, like the computer graphics and such. of course, the ending was still horrible, but i actually really enjoyed parts of it.

all that to say, maybe you should get it and watch it... you might like it better.

Oh I will.....i'm just not in a hurry like I was with DMC or like I envisioned I would be with AWE.......Oh I can't wait to see Johnny as Jack and you are right...I will probably enjoy it alot more in a relaxed mood...in my home...knowing what happens and all.....

Aw, I imagined them singing "I will always love you." That was so bittersweet, lovethemtigers! I agree with Kate. Watch it at home and try to find the good in it. AWE does a lot of things right. Its problem is that the parts outdo the whole. There are individual scenes that cry out "masterpiece" either in character development or just beautiful action sequences. But put together, it is jumbled and a lot of it makes no sense. I think if you're at home and you just pop it in knowing what to expect, you can enjoy it and even make fun of it a little. Ever seen Mystery Science Theater? It's a great way to get past things in movies that bother you...which is probably why I have so much fun with my POTC Continued.....

Haha, what I find always helps in this situation is to make up my own commentary while watching it... you know, enlist some friends who have known you too long to say no, and then force them to listen to you analysis and rants during the parts you hate or don't get. hehe.

"I love you but we can never be together"?? What those screencaps seem to be saying to me is, "I love you and one day we'll find a way to be together, damnit." 😉 they both have such pretty eyes. I'm so, so glad Will wasn't at the meeting of the pirate brethran. There's a glaringly obvious character clue: Will is not a pirate and never has been.

Its always hilarious to me how hard they tried to make him look piratey by the end of the film, the bandana, the earring, the eyeliner (*snicker*) and yet he still falls so short, lol. Poor whelp....(*whispers*) not. 😛

I have new clips and a 30 day trial of a video editing software but after making 2 videos already I can't find another song I want to use. Any suggestions?
