When you say no other powers, do you also mean things like reaction speed/reflexes and whatnot? I think that's pretty important.

reaction speed/reflexes are ALLOWED. they are attributes. i.e. spidersense is allowed.

If he has done this on more than 2 occasions, then yes.

Heavy Weight Belt: This is a tough one. I want to say either Shazzam, Thor, or Silver Surfer. Probably Surfer though.
1. Surfer
2. Shazzam
3. Thor

Middle Weight Belt: Hm...this is a boxing match. Which means, hm...either Colossus, Namor, Wonder Man, or She-Hulk. I can't decide between those four. I may have to break it down further...
1. Wonder Man
2. Namor
3. Colossus
4. She-Hulk

Light Weight Belt:
1. Spider-Man wins this match. (Go ahead, call me a fanboy if you like, but he's the only one here who can avoid all the others' punches all day and then proceed to lay them all out with his own).

2. Probably Luke Cage. Just for sheer durability and strength.

3. Sabretooth. Healing factor. Cage is above him because of his unbreakable skin.

2.Wolverine- he's on tough SOB
3.Luke Cage- packs a powerful punch

Midleweight:
1.Wonderman-outclasses everyone
2.she-hulk- too strong for almost anyone else
3Venom- a great match of power and speed

Heavyweight:
1. Superman- I can't go against the man of steel on this one.
2. Hulk- they won't like him when he's angry
3. Thor- packs a powerful punch
