Christopher Reeve was a great actor despite superman 3 and 4 both sucking.

He wasnt even close to being a high paying actor or winning any awards. People only know him of only one role and thats Supes. Yeah hes not great or even good. Hes just alright.

Routh is fine and on par with Reeves.

Cena doesn't sell anyways. He's technically Superman in the WWE considering he won't job and won't put anybody over.

With that said, NO. The Rock is working his way into Straight to DVD films, ala Hulk Hogan style (and he's doing it unintentionally, lol)

I think the real answer is to NOT make another Superman for a few years. Have Nolan and whoever else attached abandon it for 3 or 4 years then come back to it.

Ok, The Rock is by faarrrr the better actor. However, neither is suited to be the man of steel.
