This.

Batman Begins is the best Batman movie, imo.

That's just like, your opinion man.

Oh, I know. I'm just one of the minority that thought that, while Nolan's movies were decent, they weren't the masterpieces some people say they were.

Nolan's trilogy are some of the most memorable super hero/crime movies to date. And certainly the best super hero trilogy so far.

Like I said, I'm in the minority.

Oh I thought you were saying the opposite. And it was just a chance to quote Lebowski.

Yes, I didn't think any of his movies were masterpieces either. Everyone I know was like "OMG BEST MOVIE EVAR" after watching TDK, I thought it was just a good movie but overrated.

lol, never a bad reason to quote lebowski.

Honestly, how I feel about the Nolan movies is this: They're brilliantly written, amazingly acted, and wonderfully made.

But if you ask me if the Dark Knight FEELS like a Batman movie, then honestly, I have to say no. or at least, they don't feel as much like Batman as other movies/games/comics. When I read the comics, play the Arkham games or even watch the Burton movies, they FEEL like Batman experiences a lot more than the Nolan trilogy.

That was something I worried about with Man of Steel, but after seeing the most recent trailer, I'm more at ease now.

Batman Begins was awesome. I actually left the cinema really happy after watching that. And I do feel a lot of TDK's success was down to the quality of BB. Whilst BB didn't have the same success because Schmacer's Batman left a bad taste in people Imho.

I like Begins more than TDK, tbh.

Begins is the superior movie, and it's also the superior comic adaptation. TDK is very overrated.

I don't think TDK is overrated at all. But BB focused more on Batman whilst TDK more on the Joker.

They were both epic movies Imo. Although BB was probably more true to Batman, so I can completely understand comic book fans preferring BB to TDK.

Just waiting for a couple of modern day epic Superman films now!

Could really say TDK is a Joker movie.

Well, looks like I may not be in the minority after all. 🙂

Yes, you are. You are just in a majority among KMC members 😄

TDK>BB in every way.

I like the general consensus here.

Begins ftw.

TDK for the hyperbole.

Depends on what you like. If you want Batman, Batman Begins is the place for that. If you like Joker, Heath Ledger's performance was pretty much flawless, IMO. And so far the best villain performance in any super hero movie. He won a damn Oscar and would have probably been nominated even if he didn't die.

Jim Lee has seen MAN OF STEEL and Approves of it!

Doesn't that dude with four DC out WB. With that in mind, why would he put MoS on such a bad light
