The One Above All Vs. The Presence

The One Above All vs. The Presence

I'm sure someone has done this but once again I couldn't find a thread for this specifically. So which is greater.

I'm going to have to go stalemate but, I want to see your opinions to the topic. I did see the thread in the comic book forum about the presence not being the DC's one above all but, you tell me what you think!

They're basically the same thing.

Now you went and started it.

Now you've just gotta wait for the battle of DC fanboys vs Marvel fanboys shouting

"MY UINEVERRSE IS BETTER!"

The name of the One Above All don't means a jack shit!
There's a Celestial with exactly the same name ...

However while the Presence is a fictional character, the One Above All is the writer.

TOAA wins

Essentially, you're saying Jack Kirby and Stan Lee win, right?

Honestly, the same can be the same for the presence. Let me show you how:

Superman is important to the Presence:

Why?

Superman is the top selling character and the first written Superhero in the real world. So, if they got rid of Superman, the company would fall to crap. In the DC world, it would fall apart.

See the similarity?

You do realize that TOAA appeared in a comic, so that means he was fictional too!

Just an avatar of, him, to symbolize him.

However, if this is Vertigo Presence he's royaly screwed. 😎

Ok, both beings are absolutely supreme within the realms of their creation, so their power is essentially equal. It can be argued that TOAA has created more on panel, but that doesn't really denote a lack of power on part of the Presence so much as inclination, so stalemate.

When the hack does the Presence say that Superman's important to him?

This should also be in the post http://www.killermovies.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=430472&perpage=20&highlight=&pagenumber=1

TOAA IS NOT EQUAL TO THE PRESENCE HE IS THE EQUAL TO THE SOURCE

LUCIFER WAS NOT TALKING TO THE PRESENCE HE WAS TALKING TO THE SOURCE

Turn off the caps.

So Lucifer's creator is the source?

I know I'm probably gonna get reemed for this but here goes.
I thought the source was the presence. Aren't they one and the same?

Only the supreme being of DC would be able to stalemate TOAA.
Just like illutraited in Marvel vs DC (pre-retcon - non canon)

Do yourselves a favor yall, and READ these scans...

Then you'll know the POWER of TOAA!

TOAA makes a special appearance
