That is Stan Lee, I just posted as the TOAA.

Jack Kirby is what the Artist of this issue depicted the "god" of Marvel as:

1.GOD/"the Artist" (Jack Kirby presumably)

1.TOAA/"the Writer" (Stan Lee presumably)

God/Jack calls him his "Collaborator".....

It makes sense....

TOAA/Stan (or the Writer) lays down the Story/Laws of Marvel.

GOD/Jack (or the Artist) turns those Stories/Laws into reality.

TOAA (Stan Lee) has absolute knowlege of the fact that he is not just a company vreation, but part of the company himself.

He's not a writing, he's the wRITER.

So he has levels of knowledge and power undrempt of by the presence.

Stan lee would totally kick that other guy's but. Seriously though hasn't the presence been killed before, by the saint of killers. So what i'm saying is that if one has been killed and the other has not shouldn't that stand as the one supreme being is better then the other.

Good point! In fact, I remember the Living Tribunal being killed on panel before.

But I've NEVER seen Squirrel Girl killed on panel.

This debate is silly. They are equals as they are both Supreme. There is nothing one can do that the other cannot. To that end, fan boys can argue for thier favorite "god" until the end of time. There is absolutely nothing that is out of reach for either. TOAA CANNOT do anything the Presence cannot replicate or exceed and vice versa.

I hate these kind of threads, they are completely pointless........ Too much personal oppinion of what "God" is, and what his power should be gets brought into it.
