He has been shaped by outside forces...most likely the writers. Yahweh himself is NOT the writer, however.

He was actually referring to Yahweh in Vertigo, although Presence' true form in DC has not been revealed....

both are equal, jack kirby would just erase off stan lee's stories and stan lee would erase off kirby's drawings.

in DC, the Supreme being was shown as the Editor of all things Superman. Of course SUperman comics run the DC universe. Tho it looks like that is changing and DC maybe trying to diversify it's characters a little. Anyway, They are equal as they both have infnite power to do anything.
