Pre Crisis Supes is kinda tough to call. The speed cap keeps anyone from using his rediculose speed showings(those giving everyone else a chance). I wouldn't see a problem with it, so long as it was established HOW vulnerable he was to things like magic, red sun, and k-nite(barring vulnerabilities to those I would say he shouldn't be used, but with them it doesn't seem that bad).

He'd have to be depowered majorly considering if you just LOOKED at him, he'd have you hypnotized. Not to mention all of his rediculous strength feats like throwing a neutron star trillions of light years away, juggling planets, using his super breath to move stars, flying trillions of miles in a second (when just playing around), sneezing and destroying a solar system, etc. etc.

I don't know about the rest of the Judges, but I personally LOVE hearing the 'what ifs' the 'maybes' and the 'potentially's '
It takes the debate to something beyond scan wars, it adds a bit of creativity to the posters and the argument. I'd rather have a poster ARGUE that Kyle could do XXX based on XXX, rather than just have people throw down a bunch of scans, to be refuted by a bunch of scans, in order to post another bunch of scans.
The former just seems like the better debate, to me. 😗
