Runner beats Cyborg with ease. His blasts are stronger, he is more durable, thousands of times faster, billions of times more experienced, and is at least on close in strength.

Still, all points aside, Thanos was clearly helpless (looked a bit scared on the fifth page also) against Runner. And Surfer got pwnd worse then ever.

You'll note in the both examples against Thanos and Surfer, Runner was just playing with them. I assume that he won't be doing that here, so Runner owns Cyborg.

I thought it was more a 9/10 thing for Runner!

I actually appreciate Avalon. In such a marvel biased forum, it's good to have a voice screaming otherwise, even if I may disagree with it quite often.

The Surfer IS quite a bit more powerful than Superman. He IS more than capable of taking anyone that Avalon named (with the exception of Parallax, obviously, 😉 .)

The Runner is (was?) like Surfer +.

However, what many people are forgetting is, if I recall correctly, the Surfer fared pretty well against the Runner in the issue that followed DIRECTLY after the Surfer's embarassing defeat. The Runner isn't THAT much better than the Surfer, even if he is better at ALL anymore (with the Surfer's recent upgrade).

End result's the same, though, the Runner takes out Henshaw. At least for now, even though I suppose Henshaw's consciusness may very well be transported galaxies away. 😬.
