Well Bobby can’t kill the Hulk because he would heal it back but it would stop him for a second or two which would intern win the fight. Things that Hulk could do to Bobby given the chance, thunder clap would knock him out, throw him into the sun if he didn’t melt going through the atmosphere or a simple hit because Bobby can still be knocked out.
The other question is if Bobby can actually get the moisture out of his body, I’m not sure how it works but can it get out of his skin?

Bobby is a real powerful guy but he can't be compared with hulk, thor or other top tier....
Heh, Hulk destoryes the planet and dies. The difference is that Iceman can still live within Hulk's body and simply wait for the Hulk to die, should Hulk be stupid enough to smash the planet.
Hulk is a tough guy. One of the strongest, most durable and ferocious characters in Marvel, but he loses to Iceman. He is utterly unable to defeat an entity who can kill him before he can act.

Iceman can simultaneously exist in EVERY water molecule on the planet. And can exist as ice, water, or vapor. How is melting going to help? How is throwing a chunk of ice into the stratosphere going to help? Will the Hulk be able to BFR every single water molecule on the planet (including the molecules inside his own body) without BFRing himself?
Also, Iceman exists as...well...ice.
How do you jar the brain into unconsciousness if he doesn't have a brain? You can't knock out an Icecube, and Bobby is virtually indistinguishible from one.
You can't physically damage Bobby, and physical damage is all the Hulk can dish out.

As I said Hulk has a slim change of killing Bobby, if he doesn’t disperses himself that leaves him open for attack and Bobby CAN NOT kill the Hulk, the best that he can do is to put him into stasis and then only for a short time.
