Alright, once everyone's encumberance level is below 8...
Mors wants to take his group as close as he can to the helicopter and the guards before anything happens. Then, as soon as the guards start to attempt stopping us from getting closer, those with Guns will open fire and those without will close distance and start killing.
Our pilot will break off and move for the helicopter to get it ready while our men cover him.
Then, we get the hell out of there before anything else shows up to convince to give back the heli...

Am I allowed to let off a few rounds before I have to fly the helicopter?
My plan is fairly simple and makes use of the fact that everyone in my group has some sort of Intrusion score.
First I want everyone to get fairly close; if we can be a bit spread out so that we're not all grouped together, that would be ideal. San and Cloud, having the highest Intrusion, will sneak ahead first and secure our helicopter. Then I want the rest of the group to make their way there as quickly as possible, preferably without being seen. If you get spotted, those who have guns let off some gunfire to keep the guards back while everyone just runs for it.
I think Stefan had some sort of crazy distraction in mind, so yeah.
Marduk is a very practical man. He orders his entire team not to fire unless fired upon.
Everyone with intrusion has to pick their way along the fuel stacks to get close to the helicopter. Once near there, someone must trigger the fire alarm. This will provide a distraction in which the others can move in.
Marduk does not think that distraction will hold for long, but he is betting anyhting that by this point one of the other three teams will have started a fight, and so there will be distreaction enough to get on board and take off.
