8) Which surprise character will join the Avengers at the end of Civil War?
A) Speedball
B) Ares
C) Iron Fist
D) Hyperion (Squadron Supreme)

Another question seems to have been answered in the latest issue of Wizard. Ares the god of war who can beat Thor and will happen(read Wizard #179) will join the new title Mighty Avengers.

Despite they're sometimes still acting like rookies while they've been around for a quite while, the New Warriors doesn't deserve being blamed like we are all doing and like happened in the comic book.
Collateral damage and people injured are ordinary things in superpowered beings battle.
In AVENGERS/JLA, Thor knock Superman into a skyscraper, what happened to the debris? What could have happened if Supes crashing in the building would have killed a whole office full of people?
Wanna think about Thing punching Terrax sending him through 4 buildings up into air?Cool scene, but the people?
The real reason cause you are judging the NW is cause they were used to start up the Civil War and to show what happens in this kind of situations, they could have been the X-Men, the Avengers, Alpha Flight, and so.

You pose a very valid point here. Whenever any character is knocked through a building (or several at that) they have to be injuring and killing people in the process. But, since those incidents didn't spark the Civil War, they're not nearly as important for some reason. 🙄.

Heres a viable statement, whoever gave Nitro the MGH must be VERY VERY high up in the government.

I have a crazy feeling as to who it is giving Nitro the MGH. This is just an educated guess, but for some reason, it feels right to me.

Norman Osborne.

Norman Osborn? It cant be him, In Frontline# 5 he seemed to be controlled by someone else.

It's just a feeling I'm getting. Dunno why. I'm sure I'm WAY off-base, but it's just what my gut is telling me.

I've just read some disturbing news. It seems all of the civil war titles will be pushed another month or more away, with CW #4 not coming out until September 20th. Anyone have scans of CW X-men or Thunderbolts?

Not all CW titles, only those who spoil the outcome of the events in the main series. CW X-men, for example, will continue as previously estabilished.

But on the plus side, they've added a few more tie-in issues to the Civil War line up, and there's also that 'Casualties of War' thingy that'll run afterward (like 'Decimation', I imagine).

This is a good thing. Hopefully now all the tie-ins will be in the same time period as the main series.

✅ hopefully being the key word there ✅ Knowing Marvel, we probably won't be soo fortunate 🙁

"Casuaties of War". I havent heard nothing about this, Can you she more info?

I have no problem with the delays. I'd much rather that than fill-in artists. One of the big things that lost it for me in Infinite Crisis was the mish-mash of artists. And McNiven's work is more than worth waiting for.

I agree, McNivens work has been excellent so far. Marvl always finds some of the industries best artists.

Its that...they aren't coming out on time...and I uh don't like to wait...

It's going to be a follow-through from the Civil War, sort of like the 'Decimation' issues that followed the House of M.

Casualties of War (6 Issues):

Blade v3 #5
Captain America: Winter Soldier Special (One Shot)
Iron Man/Captain America Special (One Shot)
Moon Knight v4 #7-9

(list swiped from Wikipedia)

Interesting how they're attaching Blade and Moon Knight, considering those guys don't seem to be participating in the war so far...

Actually where the hell IS winter soldier. I mean he should be at least helping Cap out in the civil war. We want more bad-ass bucky.

Anyone read Civil War X-Men #2?

Spoiler:
Cyclops overpowered Bishop in few seconds with his blasts...it was stated that he had NEVER used but a FRACTION of his power before...he is afraid of it. He was mindcontrolled to blast him with his all. And it was a SMALL blast, he didn't even take his classes off or anything.

Pretty damn badass. The little Cyclops fan in me is squealing like a little girl in glee right now.
