Did you see what happened to Luke Cage when he tried to do that? 😉
Yeah he beat the shit out of a few hundred agents and then took a shield heli-tank for a Joyride. 😉 😛

Hmm, how do we know Namorita is dead yet? I mean, Wolverine found out that if he stayed close enough to Nitro his Powers wouldn't affect him. (Some kind of safe zone or something)Anyways, wasn't Namorita *quite* close to Nitro when Nitro went Hiroshima? Say, 1 to 2 meters?
I believe they were carrying her out on a stretcher , she looked about two minutes away from being bread crumbed and deep fried.

For the big time pros, it would mean that the superheroes would show up in court to testify against the supervillians that keep ending up back on the street, because their case was thrown out due to lack of evidence/witnesses.
serving to the ultimate end of locking everyone a "superhero" beats up in the negative zone prison? i can't safely say that imprisonment has been a big deterrent thus far for the super-villain community, considering virtually everyone ever locked up in rykers, or on the raft, or anywhere else has gotten out time and again. yeah, so there's this nifty "negative zone" thing surrounding the new prison, but do they plan on turning that prison into the next guantanamo bay? the negative zone's somewhere way ****in' out of US jurisdiction, so who's to say that the criminals locked up there are going to be treated as would citizens locked in any other prison?
sounds like a good opportunity for those who "serve and protect" in the halls of congress and in the white house to throw around their newly-appointed weight. thanks, patriot act!

Isnt amazing that durin Marvels history they never thought of building something like that for super villains but is one of the first things they think of for super heroes.
