Why are people arguing whether or not the BP were racist? They were and it isn't a matter of opinion. Former Black Panther's have even written books about it, ashamed by the fact that in their youth they were a member of a group that was nothing more then a glorified street gang. Racism has nothing to do with power, it is discrimination against someone based on the colour of their skin, period.

Read a book or something.

You are just as iqnorant had you never picked up a book. In case you didn't know, there was an official qovernemnt operation called Cointel Pro which operated to infiltrate and undermine the Black nationalist, as well as stifle the movements of many other revolutionary qroups. Many of these infiltrators were black cops, who after servinq a time, wrote a skewed version of events. Coincidently there were many key members of the BPP who were locked up for life, or outriqht executed leavinq behind a leadership vacuum filled by the same infiltrators, this occured in the waninq years of the BPP. There is a difference between racism and discrimination. The former (racism) beinq individuals who throuqh leqislation or policy act out their biases on aqainst another bc of their "race" the latter is to apply a personal bias in favor or aqainst an individual which can be for many reasons not includinq "race." I dont liek to repeat myself but racism can only be achieved throuqh policy makinq, and currently the only people at the ability to make these policies in the context of the amerikkkas, europe, afrika and the middle east are and for the last 500+ years have been white people. How exactly were the BPP racist aqain? You wanna cite evidence? How about you stop readinq the wronq books, published by ofay inc. How bout you start with Howard Zinn "A people's history of the united states 1492 to the present"

Boys boys calm down.We are fighting among ourselves, lets direct that anger to someone else who deserves it like canadians or hugh jackman

Hugh Jackman deserves anger ✅

I think we can all spit on Hugh Jackman or Michael Richards. 😄

No I'm arquinq with a just another card caryinq member of ofay inc. who has his facts wronq.

we know but still use that anger to help the masses, ignore him he is just a pawn use your mind and resources to stick it to the man. (or your girlfriend if your into that sorta thing)

have you ever wondered why howard zinn habitually speaks to college towns with a predisposition towards agreeing with him? rather than, say, historical committee's? the man doesn't sell fact, he sells rhetoric. and for a pretty price; him an noam chomsky must be the two richest socialists on the planet.

on the plus side, if you've ever seen him speak, he sounds remarkably like christopher walken.

Your not helping the calm down cause 😠

On a side note but still on topic:

When the time comes is Punisher going to be important to the Civil War storyline or is Marvel just trying to squeeze out as much money as they can from as many characters as they want?

Probably money.the greedy Bast###s.,I also have a question,Will BRB be important to any part of the main civil wars series

I doubt it but it would be nice. Wouldn't it?

Indeed it would be great if they set it out like the clone thor is owning cap and crew and then a lightning blast would smash into thor and then all the heroes look up to see bill in the exact same pose that the thor clone was in and one of the heroes say 'oh i really like him'

I don't think Hudlin is a good writer. He has some good parts, but seriously, has Black Panther or Wakanda EVER been flawed in any way in his books? It's just boring to see Black Panther win every debate, every fight and every thing that there is to win...

Doom was portrayed as a retard. Namor would never follow Black Panther orders or praise him like that. Karnak would never get his ass kicked by Panther THAT bad.

I don't think so.

I havnt read any bp but going by the general thoughts i guess this hudlin is screwing him up

Hudlin's earlier BP issues were painful to read. I've heard the last 2 were pretty good and I intend to pick them up.

BTW, in terms of Punisher I think he's supposed to be the 'equalizer' of some sorts. Like how the pro-regs got their hands dirty with Clor and the villians the anti-regs are gonna get their hands dirty due to Frank shotting a bunch of "reformed" villians in their heads. I can see a confrontation between him and Cap in the near future with him arguning the necessity of what he's doing. It is a war after all

I think I saw that in the BP respect thread, that has to be PIS.

You ever notice how when people try to discredit someone, they always try to qo for somethinq weird an IRRELAVANT. His voice! You simp. You ponce, you jerk off. You sound like a hiqh school moron. By the way, you ever notice how a majority of the history text books are written from a eurocentric pov with almost zero input from people of color. How about you ever notice that white people from the ofay villages (suburbs) can qo to a colleqe with the most ridiculous preconceptions about blacks and latinos/as and then wonder why we dont like them. However to relate it to a comic book forum, you ever notice how black, latino, or asian characters have like an illoqical visibility rate in comics, especially for marvel whose settinq is new york? or how writers make one dimensional charactrers of color who fit templates of blaxploitation films? I think HUdlin is qettinq better with BP but for a while was fallinq into the same pit other writers had when it came to characters representinq people of color.

you misread something i very plainly said in jest anyway, and then exploded your "righteousness" all over my face (pun certainly intended, wanker). "and people wonder why we don't like them", well now i know why people don't like you.

😗 i'm definitely dropping out of this before it gets too ugly, but i would like to point out the similarities in your reaction and an the reactions in an equivilent situation of your so called 'ofays'. but i guess it's okay, because of the minority/majority dichotomy, and of course, because you've read howard zinn. COME ON!

you've got a looooong ways to go.
