Well i'm not exactly sure if he's going to reveal his identity or not, but this is confusing me a little, because he definately starts out on Iron Man's side in the war, if you've been paying attention to the summaries and cover arts for the War at Home series, there are four released.
#2 says that Spiderman has chosen a side in the civil war, and he is shown with Iron man and Ms. Marvel, but whether he's fighting with them or running from them is unclear.
#3 spiderman is shown fighting Captan America, and the issue makes reference to a leader coming to recruit spidey for his troops (cap), will spidey stay true to his first choice (iron man)
#4 spiderman is shown attacking Iron man, making reference to a new decision that may cost him everything (switching to cap's side)
Overall spiderman is definately the hero to follow in this thing.
