I think the whole "Not enough space in the book" excuse is a little weak. Come on... who makes the book? Marvel. Who publishes it? Marvel. Who decides how big it has to be? Marvel.Hence, Marvel just realized that the story was fading and hurried up and finished it.
Who paid for that? The fans. More than just financially.
I actually kind of liked the whole series, but I just... I don't know. I was pretty let down when Cap surrendered.
Yeah, talk about anti-climax..
Civil War Front Line #11
Unimportant:
1. In the aftermath of the final battle, 6 unidentified superpeople are dead.
2. Sentry publically announced being Pro-Registration.....
Important:
1. Sally and Ben visit Cap in prison.
Much of what Sally says to Cap sounds like the Pro-Reg fans' criticisms.
"Sir, the people are going to ask, "why not sooner?" If you recognize this now, why couldn't you just have recognize it earlier and saved us millions in property damage?"
But, Cap doesn't think what he did was wrong. Just HOW he did it.
"I now realize while my intentions were correct and honorable, I could as easily have come to the table as Tony Stark or Reed Richards."
Basically, Sally blasts him for fighting for an "ideal" and not America. Oh and she says
"America is no longer about Mom and Apple Pie it's about high cholesterol and Paris Hilton and scheming your way to the top."
And
""The Country I love treats its celebrities like royalty and its teachers like dirt."
Way to attack him, Sally. Way to attack him for battling for an ideal and not the piece-of-crap systema nd population America has now.
2. It's revealed Tony Stark is the traitor. He used Osbourne to attack the Atlanteans to possibly provoke a war with Atlantis. The gamble and pay-off being possible imminent war bringing in funds for his pans and increasing the number of registered heroes who would be ready to fight off a common foe in an invading power.
So, he'd gamble possible war with Atalntis to have more money and more heroes registered.

LOL Jenkins. Frontline has been nothing but trash for the last 11 issues. I'm glad it's over. I'm glad most of the Civil war crap is now winding down and each series and characters proper writers can get to the business of dealing with the aftermath and telling there stories. I trust Bru to somehow make flowers out of the shitpile that was The civil war ending.

What did we learn from Civil War?-Cap is semi-retarded
Or that Captain America was actually catapulted to a level of badassery he hadnt been at for a long time at the start of CW. He mucked up at the end, but I definetly think more of him than i did prior to CW.
-Iron Man is the biggest douchebag ever
He was before
-Doom is "racist"
That wasn't Doom, that was "Hudloom" with a silent L, it's actually the Red Skull's long lost brother underneath the mask.
-Jenkins is a crappy writer
Or whoever put him on the book is a crappy editor.. or whatever, they put him on the return when he hadn't a single clue who Mar-Vell was. He's good when he knows what he's writing (ie Sentry)
-Mark Millar knows nothing about America
Mark Millar knows everything about America, He just likes to piss them off.
-And Bendis can only write good issues of the New Avengers when half the cover is missing
Half the Cover = Double the Quality
Random stuff I felt like adding, because I was bored.

Dear Heavens....Marvel please STOP doing this to Iron Man. He is a classic character.
This just continues to make me avoid Marvel for another decade.
