The SRA for better or worse is exactly what Tony had in mind all those "years" ago but it was rejected. The SRA is giving him what he wanted all along and what happens when someone doesnt follow or share his idea, scroll down.

In the cover previews for July and August, it appears that the government got Deadpool to go along with the Registration Act. Hes on the hunt for "The Renegade Heroes". On the cover, it appears Deadpools targets are Daredevil, Hercules and Vision among others. Heres the covers for July and August.
