Plus i wonder is any of the X-Villains are gonna get involved. Like Omega Red going to the Anti side.
He is head of the Russian Mafia and he may be forced to register under the government. We know how much he hates the US. That would be soooo f'n sweet.

But everyone knows who he is and because hes a vigilante. Punishers "wanted" regardless. Im sure all the baddies on the street dont give a dam whether Punisher registers or not. Hed still kick their asses in.
also, considering his standing [as the government sees it] as a villian, the most the government would offer him would be the same "register and hunt heroes, or we're locking you up" offer they gave to the hoods in thunderbolts. that's still an option, considering quesada said nobody'll see where punisher's headed in 'war journal,' so who knows? maybe he will be recaptured and made to register.

Thats true i never looked at it that way. I just saw Hercules getting hit and i was like oh dam. Maybe he was just getting Hercules away from IM, so he could talk to both sides. But then again Shield did call Thor project lightning or something like that.

yeah... plus i think joe quesada said thor would be switching sides, which to me sounds like he's starting off pro but will change to anti...
