As of right now, Hank has assimilated into himself, Oan Tech, Apok Tech, Promethian tech, Kyrptonian tech, and the source wall itself, as well as lantern rings and other powers and items; he has some of the best matter manipulation among comic characters.

Hank being able to assimilate, control, and manipulate the power cosmic seems like some thing he would easily be able to do, considering the vast energies and tech he has already assimilated and manipulated effortlessly.
