Also, I doubt you should be allowed to keep his previously copied powers (Darwin, Petra, Sway, etc.). Just innate powers and the power copying (with the pre-set limits)
{edit} the link pr postes says "With Darwin". Why is this allowed? Shouldn't it just be innate powers, not those stolen from outside sources?

Darwin doesn't copy powers.
Vulcan has killed half the Imperial guard on his own... that should be enough for a single draft.
Darwin is the biggest pile of PIS shit that Marvel has come up with in years if not ever!
How can we have a tourney with a guy that can supposedly adapt himself instantly to any force used against him? he's as bad as letting in Doomsday with infinite lives.
Gotta try and get BD to see reason on this one.

Probably. I'm not as educated on Vulcan as some other posters seem to be.
If anybody could voice their opinion on what they think is fair, that'd be great...

To be fair Vulcan would be absolutely outclassed without Darwin, Sway and Petra... 😕

But that's after he got depowered and lost Darwins adaptive abilities, Sways Time manipulation and Petras Geokinesis....plus there's going to be a rematch very soon. 😛

Also, what kind of symbiotic relationship (I'm just trying to figure out more so I can argue for/against his inclusion more intelligently)? Is it like Darwin's inside of him?

i wouldnt (and to be honest i dont see how anyone would think that of me) for one second try to use something that made him adapt to every single attack used against him, remember my longshot reference? same principal...
darwin became a being of pure energy, and joined with vulcan...

Pretty much...Darwin bonded the life essence(Pure Energy) of Sway, Petra and himself to Gabriel. This gave Gabriel total access to all their powers. Once they were seperated Darwins abilities allowed himself to regrow a body from pure energy.

Darwin's powers are to adapt to any outside force/stimuli ... he got blown into space recently and immediately his body stopped needing to breathe and his skin thickened up.
He jumped off a roof to kill himself once and by the time he hit the ground his body was so strong and light that he never felt the impact
The guy is nothing but a walking PIS machine used by lazy writers
