Limiting opens more problems, because then you get "Well, I take this uber-powerful person, and we'll just limit x, y, and z and he'll be ok"
...it can really be taken too far. I'd rather stick to simply "yes" or "no" as much as possible, and the iffy limits on copiers already kinda bothers me.

...and I'll repeat: if you're only using regular AM feats, why pick this other one that obviously has a slightly different power set (since the regular one can only absorb 1 thing at a time....when Earth X could become smart, which is absorption, then still do other stuff while retaining his intelligence).

I'm not as concerned with the issue numbers as his actual powers. Regular AM I really don't see too much of a problem with (though I'd honestly see him as a brick-type, not an energy pick). But this super-intelligent one seems like a walking excuse for PIS-type arguments and team-killing antics. I don't know who you have paired with him, but I'm sure the possibilities are mind-boggling.
