Truth be told while I think Monet may come close to pushing the boundaries, I honestly don't think she exceeds them(especially since we're going off the the upgraded Brock). I can see how her versatility may lend credit to the opinion that she'd THEORETICALLY be over, but she's never really done anything which makes that kind of classification accurate. Because of that, I personally don't have a problem with her, but I'll bow to the general consensus of the group.

Yea, personally I vote no but if she gets the majority of the vote I won't push the issue. So, far me and MM are against it thou.

Furthermore... you take anyone else who's Venom level, and they would beat an in-character Torch. The fact that Venom is weak to fire is particular only to his character, not anyone else on his level.
