I'm doing alright. Just really sore. I haven't done anything like weightlifting or exercise since last march. and last night i did four different kinds of situps, pushups (the kind where my hands were in fists and on a board), and some balancing exercises since one of my friends is preparing me to learn a martial art possibly, dunno yet.
