As long as the Spectre didnt' meet up with That Reed from the other world that handed The LT his ass lol. Spectre is always at full power if he's in God's grace and bound to a human. He should always be equal to LT. Certainly Micheal and the Source are both Beyond the LT and The spectre.

If he was always like that, then he wouldn't have had a hard time defeating the likes of AM or Parallax (as even they are no match for the power of the Presence).

The scan I posted is the only instance where we see that Spectre has merged with the Presence on occasion. Other then that, Spectre simply has the power he needs to carry out God's word.

The source is more powerful than The Spectre So it has to be equal to Micheal and THOTU.
