Having sex with dead people is wrong because they are dead which makes it wrong to have sex with them because they are dead.
But that makes no sense. What is factually wrong with it? Why should it not be allowed? I am not saying you have to do it, but for you to take away the freedom of people you have to tell me how exactly it greatly harms others to have sex with a dead person.
So, go ahead, besides you (and me) finding it ridiculously gross. Why should it be banned?
