The mere fact that Thanos had time to raise his hand is proof enough.

The mere fact that Forgotten one has never shown to reach light speed within battle distance is proof enough.

Superman vibrating through attacks is proof of being faster.
Superman exceeding the speed of his hv within battle distance is proof of being faster.

You thinking that Forgotten One moved as fast as Superman could in that scan makes you WRONG.

For your info Thanos has never been koed by physical hits, thats includes 2 from Magus with the power of 5 infinity gems.

So if I'm not mistaken, Thanos has two - cough - speedfeats:

1. An extremely amped up, powered by the IG, Thanos who pulled a new power out of his ass every panel moved his hand a little bit, which made Surfer miss. Wow...

2. The forgotten One flies towards Thanos, and Thanos raises his hand and blasts him. Wow...

Two amazing speedfeats... Seriously now, this is so... retarded 🙄

Thanos has NO speed feats !!! Nothing. Everything the Thanos fanboys have is speculation, but no solid proof.

Maybe Thanos is faster than the Blob or Jarvis, but that's about it. Compared to most Marvel characters, he's a snail.

and speed is not the factor here, it's the immense power/durability difference here that gives thanos the sure victory, it's only icing that thanos can react to superman with that hand shield like he did to the fallen one (and surfer before that, but i don't expect you guys to know about that). that "hand shield" is one of many that he has protecting him without even factoring in his stupidly durable body, and those shields are pretty much instantaneous since beams from galactus level beings have been blocked.

but then again, you guys pretty much believe that superman is better than everything so what's the use.

It's this way on any board. Most non Thanos fans see it this way, but hardly if any non Superman fans see Superman having a chance. Go to any major board and Thanos wins.

First of all, Thanos abilities was amped with the IG (except for future sense). Second, Thanos saw Surfer way beyond battle distance away and had time to react. Third, the scan can be interpreted as SS missing instead.

Prime didn't fly at the speed of light, he flew faster than light. Prime was only going to fly at the speed of light through Oa. If Prime flew at the speed of light then it would take him years to reach Oa.
