No. Thanos cut off only sensory input. Not access to all the other Gems. I have, and will continue to challenge anybody to a battlezone over this. But I'd mainly be reposting arguments from here:

Trying to use real word physics to disprove what's happening in comics doesn't work when we're talking about characters who: fly, stick to walls, heal instantly, breath under water, lift mountains, survive nukes, shoot lasers from their eyes, etc.

Exactly.But apart from cutting off all sensory input, the IG worked just fine. So everything he did while wearing the IG, did not come from his own power.
Did you see Thanos warp reality,omni speed teleport like Runner did or stop time or alter time to dodge Surfer, no his movement was his own.

... let's get this straight between you and me. When Thanos cut himself off from all sensory input in Infintiy Gauntlet #4, he still had access to all the powers of the other Infinity Gems. Therefore, he could temporally and spatially BFR people using the Time and Space Gems. But he would not be able to make observations from the Time, Space, Soul, Reality, Mind Gems, correct?

I could accept he moved his arm a bit, but that's it, nothing more. Come on, that's hardly a speed feat.
But it doesn't even matter, because he was wearing the IG which gave him every power he needed.
Again, the only thing he did, was dampening his cosmic senses. Nothing else. The Avengers, Hulk and co were NOT fighting Thanos, but Thanos with the IG.
Enormous difference.
