Is that a feat of Thanos' Durability? NOt really. It's a feat of Thanos' tech or shields or what ever.

Tyrant engaged Galactus in combat, and defeated a bunch of people at and above Superman's level, and you say Superman can actually defeat Tyrant? Holy god.
You're also missing the point where Odin smacked Drax and Surfer away like flies before and while he was fighting Thanos.

Thanos used the sphere as an offensive weapon a couple of times but it had no affect on his durability or his own powers, theres nothing at all to indicate that.
