At the end of the story he laughs at Thanos for thinking he had actually gotten the true orb. In the end, it was Big G that ended the fighting. Tyrant didn't give a rats ass about thanos. OMG Thanos Thanos Thanos. Yeah he wins against Superman, but geez, you would think he could conquer the universe on his own with no power ups the way people make him.

That scan showns us thanos beating the runner with another infinity gem. nothing to do with his own power.

Look at the stats:
Runner with the Space Gem, only person to blitz Thanos.
Only person to blitz Surfer, and he wasn't as fast.

Do you think Superman could blitz Surfer too?

Superman top speed feat 21x light speed. Surfer going at a lightyear in a couple seconds, got dodged by Thanos.

It doesn't really show thanos taking any shots from Tyrant. I remember that fight and Tyrant was basically wresting with the Orb in Thanos' hand. That is what I"m saying. The Tyrant fight is not a good one to use for Thanos cuz He didnt' fight under his own power. He still had a massive Offensive upgrade. And any military person will tell you, the best defense is a good offense.

The runner with the space gem didn't need it to blitz. The gem dind't make him any faster. Even thanos said this. The runner used the space gem for teleportation.

But I didn't bring up the Tyrant fight or Odin fight to try and argue he could beat them anyway, they are just good examples of his durability, both occasions show Thanos fairing far better against an opponent than herald level characters like Surfer.

It's not a bad showing against Thanos. I'm just saying, Thanos coudl have never beaten the runner using the space gem if he was using it. He used it for teleportation. That panel does not show the runner tping, it's shows a str8 trajectory into thanos. At any rate, Thanos beats Superman after a long and exausting fight. If you take both of them in thier top crazy uber feats,(barring that mess that is T-Vo) thanos should net the win becuz of his cosmic power, durability, and excellent galactic lvl fighting ability.
