hello guys the space gem allows the user to control space itself.
the runner can compress the distance he wishes to cover. eg 50 astronomical units to 00000000.1 mm

Always actually. But he uses time manip so he's only as fast as a normal person in his time frame.

Flash might be the fastest man alive but I highly doubt if he can beat a GOD like Makkari.
