Prep does not entail outside help.

I want more details about Punisher's "two hundred years of prep time." It's pretty vague. People want Punisher to be interacting with the world durring it. Learning security systems, finding fancy weapons, blah blah blah. But presumably, time isn't passing for the DC universe during those two hundred years, or he could just wait for natural causes to do everybody in.

What's up with that?

And even if they didn't laugh him off ... how many time's has one of ION's rivals successfully killed him? Not too damn many, as evinced by the fact that he's still around. What would make this any diffferent?

Frank uses a mind control device and has Specter do his dirty work.
