Use your head man, not only will he not be found out after the first kill but Bats and Dibney are likely to be the next two well after that. Dibney's pretty easy to cover up as a suicide and Bruce can be a suicide too after a dead Robin or 2.

Against the Green Lantern? He wills the explosives to be duds. To stop working. The flash disarms it and throws it into the stratosphere before the countdown can even begin.
