Yup, once he breaks in which he should easily be able to do with 200 years of planning, it's only a matter of biding time. And we all know the fishes are like so totally going to identify Frank as a killer.

Give me a reason why Punisher couldn't find flaws within the system with 200 years to study it and Aquaman completely unaware of any of this happening.
Hell he doesn't even have to sneak into the kingdom. Just wait for Aquaman to stay somewhere above ground then sneak up on him.
