Two head judges were removed his lawyers were killed a prosecutor stopped. Every single human rights organization in the world criticized the trial and you mister expert still think it's fair? You need a new definition of the word fair.

b) So just because somebody is already judged guilty by the majority of the people he doesn't deserve a fair trial?

The justice system isn't there for when we want it to be, it doesn't serve us when we want it too, it's their for a reason and to listen and follow it selectively is just idiotic. The fact that he is guilty does not change the fact that he deserved fair representation and unbiased judges.

I agree, he got what he deserved for what he did. This isn't like a normal case. What this man did is so far and above a common murder that this is for sure an appropriate punishment.

I don't understand why anyone would want to watch Saddam's execution. Is it just to prove to themselves he is dead, or to watch him suffer in his final moments? (Not that he didn't deserve to suffer)
