Prior to VV, Despero really wasn't all that. Post VV he has some nice TP showings (which has always been beastly) and a ass whipping from Aquaman and Superman.

The way i see it is the guy lacks the crazy invulnerability most characters have but he is durable to an extent.

Meh. He took Guy's best blast (or something like it) to no effect. He does seem pretty inconsistent though...

Using Supes HV'ing Despero, is akin to using Hal turning over a truck to KO General, IMO (I'd just have to look for some other showings of durability... 😖hifty: ).
