A bit..but that would loose even worse to the Wind Rasengan.

has naruto tried, doing like a multi rasengan, i mean he has shadow clones, couldnt they all do rasengan too?

Its not stated any where just some people assume it is because yea I guess it would make sense but im afraid its not the case. The host has nothing to do with the demons intelect, the sanbi would still be a dumb beast if it was let out from its host like the shukaku. Seeing as the Shukaku is smarter and there for stronger/ better than the sanbi does that not kind of debunk the more tails = more power?

Just a bit. But the tailed-beast are getting beat pretty easily for having so much power when all of Konoha couldn't even stop Kyuubi. Then again I guess the only one without a host was the 3-tailed and it was dumb so the other beast never really got to fight.

The Sanbi didn't have a host though. It was dumb while Shukaku was able to think and use chakra when it was realease by Gaara sleeping.

This is naruto with out demon fox comming out, and sasuke without letting out curse mark.

Most powerful: I personally think its the rasengan (you guys have to remember Jiraiya stated something about been able to increase its power output by will. So i think its safe to say we havent seen it at its best.

Most Effective: rasengan without a doubt the chidori technique seems to take a lot out of the user and they can only perform it a number of times sasuke twice, kakashi three times. Rasengan can also be used in a variety of ways like causing an explosion or delivering internal damage. And no limit to how much times the rasengan can be used has been set.

Cooler: chidori takes it here that just looks hardcore no one wants to fu.. with a dude thats running around with lightning on his hand.

More destructive: Really cant answer this question as they but serve different purposes but it seems again that the rasengan has this.

If they collide what will happen: Well since the chidori purpose is to stab from the unpenetrable one could say its going to go through the rasengan and cause a direct hit to the user but thats in theory.

Everyone who we have seen use chidori has a chakra limit and so can only use it a certain amount of times before they exhaust there chakra capacity and die. Naruto has the like the biggest chakra capacity and Jirayai aint to bad either. If sasuke could use rasengan I doubt he could do it more than once as he is limited in chakra use. Also I doubt chidori can cut through rasengan considering its pure molded chakra where as chidori is just nature manipulation. Rasengan is incomplete and against wind rasengan chidori doesnt stand a chance, that odama one is stronger as well.

rasengan has a chakra limit too it just doesnt seem that way because naruto has alot of chakra

Proof? It has never been stated nor shown that the Rasengan has a limit, while Sasuek literally collapsed and became a useless sack of meat after using Chidori twice.

y do you think it took so long for the fourth to master it and why do you think everyone was so surprised in how fast naruto learned it he learned it so fast because of his unlimited chakra

The Fourth took so long because he created it..And he didn't really master it because he didn't complete it before he died.

Correct. It's much harder to create a technique then it is to learn it, especially if it isn't perfected yet.

WTF it has nothing to do with how much chakra you have but how much control you have over it. And as we all know Naruto was the worst at Chakra control but he seems to have learnt better control over both chakras he possess.
