Sasuke's just a wannabe. Everything he fails to do (Which is almost everything) Naruto does, and does it better.

naruto shouldnt have beat kiba he farted its not like he planned it or anything plus he got lucky because neji dropped his gaurd

Neji letting his guard down was the brilliant part of Neji's plan. He MADE Neji drop his guard by pretending to outsmart him. And let's not forget the part were Neji nailed him with the 64 Strikes, yet Naruto got right back up and kept fighting, another unheard of feat.

i say both of naruto's chunnin fights were plot devices more kiba then the other

The were still feats, the Kyuubi Chakra is a feat showing his durability. You can try to push it off on something else but you still can't change the fact that it was, up to that point, unheard of and near impossible.

It's not like the time when Naruto fought Haku and the Kyuubi broke out due to his anger, in the fight with Neiji Naruto actually had to summon the chakra himself.

its not unheard of because remember garra was there and he had the same thing plus there are about 5 more jinkurikki i would say six but the sanbi had no host

No.. what was generally unehard of was

A) A dropout beating a genius.

And

B) Getting literally pummeled by the 64 divination strikes and getting right back up again, near instantly.

I could go ahead and say the cursed seal was a plot device, as it moved forward the plot and boosted Sasuke's power beyond what he could do without it, but I don't.

One thing that makes me like naruto even less then Sasuke is that his power really isn't his own... Without the demon chakra he likely wouldn't have gotten anywhere.
