You didn't focus on the "AND" part. The Cape/underoos combination is always lame, but it's worse w/Supes because of the colors.

the new power is BS. it hasn't done anything for him at all, except give him a hogan win against Seth, who himself has no feats and did as much as ryu did in the SF4 anime=squat

using a "hogan burst of power" to defeat someone who has no feats is not a feat. that and the fact that ryu can't access it at will, it hasn't made him much stronger 5 years down the line (sf3) and even with it he still hasn't done squat. and didn't Goupachi seal ryu or something in the ending....? or was that the dark hadou?

I agree, Ryu by far, especially now. Bullets bounce off the guys face. And the guy can move so fast he looks like he's teleportin' and that wasn't even his most current form.
