Of course Phoenix possesses teleportation, or she could open a spatial rift, or she could rip reality away around him. 🙂

You havent been following the argument have you? Jaspers power comes from manipulating reality. He is not beyond reality. Without it he is completely powerless as Fury perfectly illustrated
Jaspers cannot get rid of Phoenix as Phoenix is fundamental to the reality which his power stems from. Her power is what stops reality from being nothing but a void.
Phoenix could destroy JJ before he has time to react. He does after all just possess normal human reactions and reflexes before using his power on himself.
JJ cant kill Jean. He can destroy her physical body, but he cant truly kill her, so he can never win, only postpone the inevitable. Jean can tear away reality from around him. Teleport him from reality or even amputate his origin from the timeline. He just cannot win.

JJ manipulates reality. He is NOT above it. He can warp it to fit his own rules and as such collapse it. That is all.
I know. you think the guy who was one shotted by Brian during the Chaos wave, while he was merged with the one being who has beaten him stands a chance against the one thing we know was not even remotely effected by the very forces that brought him back, somebody around here is wishing, not me though.
