Twenty minutes will be given to the characters for preparation time. The battle will take place in a crater on the moon. The competitors will be approximately 1 kilometer apart from each other (.62 miles).

I. Prep
Part 1: Soul Link
Warlock will quickly establish himself as our leader. He’s a tactical genius, possibly the best in the tourney, and will facilitate our strategy. The first thing he’ll do to establish a connection between our team is a soul-link. Here he is soul-linking with Dr. Strange (without his gem, mind you…Thanos had it at the time):

In the soul link, Warlock and the person involved share every single thought, emotion, and experience that they’ve ever had. Nothing is hidden, and they learn everything about the other person. EVERYTHING. Through this, our entire team will be aware of their teammates’ powers, abilities, knowledge, and tendencies.
Next, Warlock establishes a telepathic link between them:

Through this link, Warlock can coordinate the battle and aid his teammates.
Before we go on, I want to stress the importance of the soul-link. Warlock has linked with Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer, and Masterson Thor (and now SP and regular Thor). The knowledge and experiences of all of them would be imparted to them all. Strange’s martial arts and magical training. Thor’s centuries of battle experience. Warlock’s cosmic views of existence while he possessed the IG. Etc.
Our entire team would benefit immensely.
Part 2: Space Phantom
Realizing Space Phantom’s potential, Warlock helps him out a bit. All Space Phantom needs is knowledge of a person’s existence to “become” them, but he doesn’t get their experiences and skills, just their inherent powers. But Warlock can help him with that. “My friend,” he says, “I want you to become a person called the Silver Surfer, a being with vast cosmic power.” Warlock telepathically gives him the details of Surfer.
Space Phantom (SP) quickly does so, and has the appearance of Norrin Radd, complete with Surfer’s powers.
But, and this is huge, Warlock has soul-linked with Surfer (during the Infinity Gauntlet story arc). So he knows everything there is to know about Surfer, including use of his powers. Through the soul-link with Space Phantom, SP now knows all of this too, and so now he has complete knowledge of exactly how to use Surfer’s vast powers.

Space Phantom has all of Surfer’s experiences downloaded into him by Warlock. So it’s not just a random person with Surfer’s body. Space Phantom has full access to the experiences and skills of Norrin Radd via Warlock’s soul-link, as well as martial arts training of Dr. Strange and Warlock’s own formidable skills. Big difference between the two, and big advantage for us.
Part 3: Battle Prep
Warlock isn’t quite done with Space Phantom. “I’d like you to recall a specific experience of Surfer’s,” he tells SP. Via the telepathic link, he instructs him on it.

In this comic, Surfer’s shares his cosmic power with another person remotely. Warlock tells SP to give him and Thor some of his power cosmic. Armed with Surfer’s experience, SP does so. “Give me only a tiny bit of your power,” Warlock instructs, “and give Thor about 10% of your total power.”
Warlock now has enough power cosmic to coat himself in a silver armor (to increase his durability), and power to create his own surfboard. Thor creates one too, and his natural strength/durability/energy powers are now enhanced by 10% of Surfer’s power cosmic. Warlock has controlled Surfer’s board before. Both would be easily skilled enough to command it well.

We’re almost done, but Warlock has the team prepare a few last minute things for the battle.

Lastly, he tells SP to release a powerful cosmic blast directly into Mjolnir. Thor absorbs it, and prepares to unleash its power, as soon as the battle starts.
II. The Battle
Part 1: Initial Plan
Warlock and SP(Surfer) momentarily drop the shields to allow Thor to release the blast. But when Thor absorbs energy, he can return it x100

…I don’t care how good Souja/MM think they can absorb energy or take a hit, but a powerful blast from Surfer magnified x100 could probably kill Atom and Bill. They won’t be avoiding the blast, and even if they survive they’ll already be damaged, before we’ve even begun the battle itself.
Also note that that was a powerful blast from Thanos himself that Thor just owned him with. Gives you a good idea of what exactly Thor is capable of with energy manip…
Anyway, on to the actual plan:
The basic idea behind our plan is very simple.
A. Juggernaut is a HUGE liability. We’re guessing they’re going to have Juggs’ shields up, and probably have Atom carrying him into battle at the beginning (or something similar). After the initial assault, though, we’re just going to ignore Juggernaut and take the battle to the air with the other 2. And Atom/BRB, getting pummeled 3-on-2, won’t be in a position to help Juggs out.
B. They don’t have a telepath. Bad news for Juggs, and it also means Warlock can coordinate the battle without worrying about tp interference. Thor will fight BRB, and Warlock/Surfer will double-team Atom. We will have the numbers advantage, so they won’t be in a position to determine matchups. We will, especially with Warlock coordinating us.
C. Thor and BRB are roughly equal in almost every way. But Thor has a surfboard now, and a power boost from Surfer. So he now has a distinct speed/maneuverability advantage, as well as a boost to his strength and durability. And he can also use the board as a remote weapon to his advantage. For example:

…on Thor’s worst day he could stalemate BRB, but with power cosmic enhancements he’ll thrash him every time.
D. Adam Warlock alone is more than a match for Cpt. Atom, though we realize that a lot of people don’t know this. Digi’s first post will deal with what exactly Warlock is capable of, and why he belongs in this tourney (besides the stuff you’ve seen already). If you don’t know much about him, read that. But of course Surfer will be attacking Atom too. Warlock = or > Atom. But Surfer + Warlock >>>>> Atom.
E. Juggs has some good physical showings against Thor. Souja/MM will probably play that up. But that means nothing. We’ll deal directly with Juggs in a second, but basically he won’t have a chance to brawl with any of our guys. Warlock’s not nearly that dumb, and neither will our team be.
Part 2: Dealing With Juggs and Mopping Up.
Whenever we decide to deal with Juggernaut, we have a couple good ways to beat him easily. The easiest is just for Adam Warlock to take care of him. Adam’s a skilled telepath, and their team doesn’t have a telepath. Cpt. Atom can absorb tp energy, but he’ll either be dead already or he’ll have his hands full with Surfer.
As soon as Adam feels like Cpt. Atom is taken care of (either if Surfer is beating him or once Thor finishes with BRB) he’ll deal with Juggs.

…he’ll have knowledge of Juggernaut via the soul-link from Thor, so he’ll directly attack Juggs’ vulnerability.
Juggernaut will have no options, both within the fight and once we decide to take him out. We also have other ways of taking out Juggs, but that’s the simplest one.

Part 3: Summary
Juggernaut has no good means of engaging us unless we’re dumb enough to brawl with him. We aren’t.
In a 3-on-2 scenario, Souja/MM are in a ton of trouble. Full strength, we’d still have the edge but it’s even more lopsided because Juggs is a non-factor.
Space Phantom has the experiences and powers of Surfer via Warlock’s soul-link with Surfer during the IG saga.
Warlock and Thor, in addition to their own considerable powers, now have boards exactly like Surfer’s. Thor also has a power cosmic boost to help him deal with BRB.
We have any number of ways to take down Juggernaut, BRB isn’t any better than Thor (especially with the upgrade), and Cpt. Atom could probably be beaten by any 1 of our guys, but will be overwhelmed through sheer force (and a Warlock/Surfer double-team).

Digi’s Post #1:

This is intended mainly to accompany our initial write-up. I won’t be responding to too many of my opponents’ comments just yet.

Part I. Defining Adam Warlock

This is to dispel some falsehoods about Adam, and also to define his power levels and abilities for those who are unfamiliar with him. If you are unfamiliar with Adam at all, read this. And if you are familiar with him, hell, read it anyway….it’s a good time.

The first thing I want to address is the Soul Gem, because I see too much of “Adam’s worthless without his soul gem”. You’d be shocked how little the gem actually does for him. Karmic blasts, used as kind of a psi-bolt, come from the gem. I won’t be using those. And he does his “soul suck” technique with it. That’s about it. As a SOUL gem, it doesn’t aid in his strength, durability, telepathy, energy powers, teleportation, fighting skills, etc. And he’s even shown powers like the soul-link completely without the gem.

The gem dampens his natural powers, but doesn’t really add a ton except the soul-suck and karmic blast. For tournament purposes, Adam is much better off without it.

The second thing: A lot of the confusion surrounding Warlock involves his various “incarnations”. There are 3 main stages he went through.

A. The “Him” era
B. Powers and abilities with the soul gem
C. Powers and abilities post soul gem

During the “Him” era, Warlock had considerable strength and telekinetic powers, in addition to some basic energy powers. Contrary to what most believe however, he carried much of this into his mature, post-soul-gem stage (more on that later).

Most people think Warlock lost this inherent strength/durability, but that’s not the case. Currently, Warlock’s “base strength” is about 40 tons. But that’s misleading, because he amps it with his tk powers and his energy powers (much like power cosmic). In any case, no one with Class 40 strength could do this to Drax the Destroyer:

…Drax has tangled with Hulk, Thor, Thanos, etc. and had good showings. Warlock’s every bit in their class.

His durability is up to snuff, surviving re-entry while unconscious, falling to Earth, and walking away unharmed:

And he has some good energy projection…

But none of this gets to the heart of who Adam Warlock is, because despite these attributes, he’s not a traditional brawler.

AW is a brilliant tactician who it’s nearly impossible to out-smart in battle. He uses his skill, speed, teleportation abilities, and intelligence to win fights without making it a “slugfest”. So if Souja/MM were expecting to go heads-up with, say, Juggs against Warlock (or other teams with their brawlers for that matter), they’re sorely mistaken. Warlock is one of the most elusive people in the entire tournament, and won’t be an easy target, or easy fight, for anyone.
In this fight, for example, every one of those attacking him have amped their bodies to be Warlock’s superior. But with speed, skill, teleportation, and cunning he takes them out with ease:

…and yeah, he had his gem. But all he uses it for is an energy blast, which could have been easily reproduced by his own powers.

There are other, less anonymous, people he does the same thing to. Drax, Magus, Quasar (twice), etc. He has proved himself time and time again to be in their class, both because of his overall power level as well as his intelligence in how he uses those powers. He is one of, if not the best, strategic mind in all of Marvel. And there is no one you would rather have leading a team into battle than him….not Cap, not Thanos, Doom, Midnighter, Reed, etc. No one.

Part II. Warlock and Thor in the Actual Battle

A. Warlock (and SP) vs. Cpt. Atom

It’s essential that you read Scoob and I’s initial write-up first, because I can’t recount all the details in each of my posts.

Basically, however, Thor will be fighting BRB and Warlock will be double-teaming Cpt. Atom with SP(Surfer). Scoob’s dealing with the SP aspect of it. We’ll be ignoring Juggernaut until we’re ready to deal with him. His lack of flight/mobility will mean we have the numbers advantage. So we’ll be determining the match-ups, not Souja/MM.

Due to our prep strategy, Warlock has a surfboard and knows how to use it:

He also has enough power cosmic to coat himself in a silver armor, increasing his strength and durability. Imagine someone of Warlock’s skill, intellect, and power with Surfer’s speed and durability. Got that image? Scary powerful, isn’t it?

…he also knows that he can mentally command the board to “stick” to others.

So he’ll direct the board at Cpt. Atom, stick him to it, and basically have Atom completely off-guard the entire fight. Imagine Warlock’s board streaking toward Warlock as it carries Atom, directly into this punch:

…..add the huge advantage of the board to Warlock’s power, skill, and intelligence, and you begin to see that Warlock alone could take Atom down. Of course, it’s a moot point because he’ll have help with Atom from Surfer(SP), but that’s Scoob’s task.

Atom will be flying around against his will with the board, and Warlock is already more skilled than him. He’ll never touch Adam, and will be worn out through a combination of the board and Warlock’s own powers.

B. Warlock vs. Juggernaut

This isn’t really a contest. Our initial write-up deals with the exact plan. I’ll quote it here:

Juggs is in no position to even touch AW, let alone do anything to harm him. And despite his vast durability and strength, Souja/MM don’t have a telepath on the team. And because he can’t fly and is basically an immobile piece of crap, he won’t be able to take part in the battle. Warlock can wait until whenever he wants to take out Juggs…but it will most likely be once we’ve beaten Cpt. Atom or once Thor beats BRB.

And if by some unlikely chance Souja/MM find a way to get Juggs involved in the battle, they still don’t have a telepath, and Warlock will still be able to do this to Juggs at nearly any point in the battle.

C. Thor vs. BRB

I don’t really want to post a bunch of Thor feats. Because what’s the point? He and BRB are almost exact equals.

But.

Thor now has power cosmic from Surfer because of our prep (please see original write-up for more). So Thor has a board too, as well as an upgrade to his strength/durability because of the cosmic power. The board gives him another weapon, or if he uses it to fly he’ll have a speed advantage.

Thor = BRB
Thor + Surfboard > BRB
Thor + Board + 10% of Surfer’s power >>>>> BRB

If I need to, I’ll match Souja/MM scan for scan with what Thor is capable of doing. But it’s really not necessary. Thor wins, plain and simple.

Part III. Summary

1. Warlock is skilled, incredibly intelligent, and as powerful as any herald.
2. He has a board to use as a weapon, and a silver power cosmic coating (like Surfer’s) to increase his strength and durability even more.
3. Thor has the same, plus some of Surfer’s power. He’ll easily take down BRB.
4. Warlock’s a telepath, a teleporter, and much more skilled than Juggs. He’ll take him out whenever he wants.

In first Five Minutes
The team meets, and gets busy making preparations for battle. First off in preparation for his battle with Thor Bill and Atom converse. Atom being able to to absorb and manipulate theoretically infinite amounts of energy creates an Quantum armor for BRB that keeps him constantly at 10,000°F. For those who don’t know, Korbinites excel in extreme temperatures, thus is the reason Bill defeated Thor and obtained Stormbreaker.
In Next Five minutes
Bill creates thin skin tight but durable shields for himself and Atom. The shields created by Mjolnir/stormbreaker have withstood the immense power of galaxy/universe destroying blast. These shield should help keep themselves impervious to harm, similar to the way Juggernaut is.
In Next Five minutes
Bill summons a lightning bolt, Atom being able to control and manipulate limitless amounts of energy, manipulates the bolt increasing it’s power and effectiveness 10,000 fold. The bolt is then directed towards Juggernaut armor, in hopes that his suit will not be supercharged with lightning energy. Now with billions of volts of electricity, Juggernaut can not only use physical attacks, but also energy attacks. Juggernaut wont be shooting blast out of his hands or anything, but when he touches someone or something it will now be charged with billions of volts of electricity.
In Last Five minutes
Bill again summons a lightning bolt, but this time he directs it towards Cap Atom. Cap Atom manipulates the bolt increases it’s power and effectiveness, and directs it back towards Bill. Bill then absorbs the bolt and increases it’s power by 10 fold. Stormbreaker now has a supercharged lightning attack that’s similar to the one that Thor nearly killed himself with when facing Mangog.
This time is also taken to turn our team intangible. Unfortunately I do not have the scans, but in Avengers-#300 Mjolnir created a vortex surrounding the Black Knight that made him completely Invisible and Intangible.
Battle Begins
As soon as the battle begins we will locate our team, and ready ourselves for battle. Juggernaut not being as mobile as our other teammates, will literally be launched into battle by Bill, Similar to catapult.
Now I'm guessing our opponents will use Warlock to try and put Juggernaut down. Our defense against this is his helmet, and his stocking cap. Now this isn't comics so we'll have Cain constantly with his shield up, protecting himself from any ditch efforts to put him down with telepathy. I would also like to point out that when Cain under extreme distress, has once overcame the influence of a powerful demigod telepath.
Now our opponents characters have a lot of energy output on their team. This bolds well for us, seeing as how we have two characters who can manipulate and absorb limitless amounts of energy, and we have another who cannot be harmed. Our team should be able to absorb and or manipulate any type of energy produced by our opponents.
Beta Ray Bill vs Thor
While Thor does his usual boasting Bill uses the stored lightning attack and makes an attempt to one shot kill Thor. If this fails and Thor is still alive, Bill will quickly engage Thor in h2h combat. Due to the boost he his receiving from the Quantum armor, and the damage Thor has already taken he should be able to take and defeat Thor.
If Bill holds Thor off long enough, he may be able to get help from Juggernaut. I think we all know what happens to Thor when he faces off against Cain marko.
One last option is anti gravity. This may not work, but it's possible that Bill can use the anti gravity attack on Thor rendering him helpless. At this time Bill can speed over to Thor and take Mjolnir away from him, doubling Bill's power so that he can now easily deal with Thor. Seeing as how Thor will most likely be boasting at the beginning of the battle, this is a plausible idea.
Juggernaut vs Space Phantom
It’s unfortunate that our team has no telepaths, however because of this we plan to have our shield up constantly. If all goes as planned, Warlock wont interfere in this battle and Juggernaut can quickly end this battle. Because Space Phantom has no real way of stopping Cain he will be quickly engaged by Cain in physical combat. After a short battle Cain should come out on top.
Space Phantom knowing Cain cannot fly, will probably underestimate Cain. Cain seeing a opportunity can launch himself in the air and ko the Phantom.
Another option for Cain, is a thunder clap. Cain being a being of immeasurable, unlimited strength, has produced some devastating thunder claps over the years. This would be a good time to use one, easily defeating Space Phantom.
Captain Atom vs Adam Warlock
This is seemingly our most difficult battle. Atom with his ability to manipulate and absorb limitless amounts of energy, Will be able to hold Warlock off long enough for either Juggernaut or Bill to aid him. If all doesn't’t go as planned, then Atom will simply have to defeat Warlock on his own. With focus and effort, Captain Atom can increase any of his abilities to the match the amount of will power he uses to gain it. With this power Atom will simply have to over power Warlock, leaving Warlock fatigued. When Warlock is on his last leg, Captain Atom can detonate, killing Warlock.
Although Warlock is a powerful character, one attack Captain Atom may get to use against Warlock is his scorching attack. If you don't know what I mean look below at the 5th section of scans. Atom, if he can get a hold of Warlock should be able to heat energy up enough to literally burn the flesh away from his body.

My initial post is intended for responses, counters, and possible outcomes of Digi's above post.

A) Juggernaut

The first part of my post is to establish Juggernauts power, and clear up some of his exaggerated vulnerabilities.

Cain Marko may not be as Mobile as the rest of our team, but he is far from completely helpless. Similar to the Hulk's leaping ability Juggernaut can leap to strike foes, something I doubt our opponents will be expecting.

The scan above is while he was depowered, without his unlimited strength. With it, Cain should be able to leap greater distances.

Another thing I would like to establish is Juggernauts defenses. Our opponents may believe that their just going to easily dispatch Cain, similar to the way he's dispatched in the X Men comics. I'm going to tell you now that thats not happening. In comics Cain rarely uses his enchanted shield, however in this tourney MM and I are going to use the hell out of it.

Warlock will never get the chance to touch Cain, let alone dispatch his helmet. Why? because the enchanted shield of Cyttorak, whom when he so pleases allows Cain not to be touched.

Now I'll address Juggernauts strength. Many believe that Juggernaut has a set lv of strength, however this is false. Cain Marko possess unlimited strength, similar to the way Hulk does. However Cain doesn't have to get angry to tap into his strength, he simply has to call upon Cyttorak. In the recent arc where Juggernaut retrieves his power, it's established that Cain and Cyttorak have a mental link. Hence it shouldn't be too difficult for Cain to call upon the help of his master.

B) Captain Atom

Many posters here are ignorant to the power of Captain Atom, so this section of my post is to establish Cap's powers and abilities. This is only a brief overview, this is not all his powers and abilities.

Powers and abilities

* Captain Atom's metal skin is tied into the Quantum Field, which enables him to absorb and manipulate theoretically infinite amounts of energy, the amount of which he can use is, of course, limited by his will power. If Atom absorbs too much energy at once, he is sent hurling through time. Depending on the type of energy absorbed, he either goes forward or backward in time.
* This energy can be used for flight which is generally up to half-light speed, super strength (shown at times to be on par with Superman or Martian Manhunter), self sustenance and life support allowing him to live and even speak in space, fire and control energy of any form. He commonly manipulates his energy into force field bubbles, or explosive 'bombs', but the most common form is a simple blast.
* Over the years, Captain Atom has become an expert at his energy manipulation and he can fire from any point on his body, although he usually uses his hands for ease of aiming. He can fire in multiple directions at once or from every point of his body at once. Several times he has "detonated", releasing a massive amount of energy at once, destroying objects within a certain radius. Most recently, he used this ability to destroy the city of Blüdhaven. On more than one occasion, he has used his ability to manipulate all forms of energy to prevent a foe using their own powers, such as the Ray and Firestorm.
* Captain Atom can also create matter in the same manner he creates energy. Originally, he needed a pair of gloves invented by Blue Beetle to do so, but he later learned to do so without them. In the same way, he learned to access weak force energy.
* With focus and effort, Captain Atom can increase any of his abilities to the match the amount of will power he uses to gain it.
* As of Captain Atom: Armageddon #4, Captain Atom has demonstrated minor atomic transmutation powers, as he was able to turn both Maul and Engineer back to their human forms. This power can be used instinctively or through concentration. He has also shown the ability to telepathically interface with computer networks in addition to those listed above.
* In Captain Atom: Armageddon #7, Captain Atom has shown time-travelling capabilities without quantum jumping. Captain Atom states that through concentration, he can briefly travel ahead in time ("about a week or so"😉. The process is exhausting and the period he can interact in the future appears to be limited to a few minutes before he returns to the present.
* Captain Atom's metallic shell, or "skin", is composed of a portion of the alien being known as Silver Shield, and is called Dilustel. Pieces of the alien's metal body were used in the Captain Atom Project, Project Major Force and similar projects thereafter. Nathaniel is able to coat himself with the metal, either partially or totally. Atom's symbiosis with the metal is such that even partially armored he is able to access the Quantum Field.
* The metal is almost totally invulnerable, resistant to various degrees of damage from energy, physical, heat, lasers, etc. Only X-Ionizer technology can cut the metal because that is what the Captain Atom Project used to remove the Silver Shield's skin. The katana wielded by the Cambodian that once sliced through Atom's side was also X-Ionized, his armor was also X-Ionized.

C) Beta Ray Bill

I won't go deep into BRB, basically because he's exact replica of Thor.

Battles

Warlock vs. Juggernaut

Digi/Scoob, believe their going to have Warlock easily dispatch Cain. Wrong, and below I'll explain why.

They believe their going to teleport behind Cain and have Warlock swiftly remove his helmet. This would work it it weren't for four reasons...

1. MM and I have Cain constantly with his shield up, so when Warlock teleports in he will be surprised that he can't touch Cain. He will then be grappled by Cain similar to the way he does when he plays cat and mouse with Thor(look below for the scans). After Warlock is grappled his will be savagely mauled by an enraged Juggernaut. Warlock has been nearly killed before with Physical might.

2. If Warlock actually manages to touch Cain, he will be shocked with Billions of volts of electricity(look at our initial write up). This shock will leave warlock shocked, damaged, stunned, and open for attack.

3. If Warlock Manages to get Cains helmet off(which he wont), he will be surprised to find a stocking Cap of similar material hidden underneath. This again will leave Warlock open for attack.

4. We are invisible.

Beta Ray Bill vs. Thor

I see Thor has been powered up by the power cosmic in this battle. Thor also gets a board similar to the one Surfer rides on. Fine by us, because when it comes to absorbing and manipulate energy our team is at the top of the list.

The board which is created out of raw energy, will be either absorbed by Bill, or manipulated to surround and contain Thor by Atom.

When Thor makes an attempt to use the power cosmic, it too will easily be absorbed and redirected at Thor.

Bill now has Quantum armor from Captain Atom, and is invisible because of our prep (see original writeup for more). So Bill also has slight aid from Captain Atom if need be. Because of the options stated above, Bill will be able to outlast and defeat Thor.

It seems I'm starting my team off, which is fine. Right now I don't really think Souja/MM have done much to counter our strategy, but allow me to poke some holes in their logic:

Part I. Flaws with the Writeup

A. Juggernaut channeling electricity? Huh. Yeah right. When has he ever done this? Ever. Kind of a crazy "What If" if you ask me.

...that's right kids. Electricity doesn't harm Thor AT ALL when he's wielding Mjolnir. And Warlock has other means of removing the helmet....tk, energy powers. And the teleport will put him right on top of Juggs....the much-vaunted shield won't be doing jack.
So basically the electricity attack is worthless....kinda like Juggernaut in this fight....hehe.

B. Juggs' mobility. Souja wants you to believe Juggs will contribute. Can he jump? Sure. Will this do much? Hell no. He'll be an annoyance, at best. And I told you in the writeup that they'd try to show Juggs physically beating Thor.....but it doesn't matter. That fight will never happen on equal footing. Juggs can play the "rabbit game" until Warlock gets annoyed and deals with him. Simple as that.

C. They seem to think Atom and Juggs will be touching Warlock. A hearty "nice try" to that, but see my first post for details on Warlock. Atom will be flying around against his will stuck to Warlock's surfboard, and also fighting Warlock/Surfer, and Juggs is still way too slow to be a factor in any of these battles.

Strength? Defenses? All beside the point. Neither will factor greatly into the fight. Juggs is still essentially a minor annoyance at best while the rest of his team gets a 3-on-2 beatdown. As soon as Warlock wants to deal with him, he will. Hell, Juggs could be our first priority, and we still wouldn't sacrifice anything....because Thor and Surfer can still easily beat their other two.

Woot! Yay for Atom! But none of this really helps him. Sorry, but it's just fancy stuff that he's done. None of it explains anything about how he'll actually go about beating our guys. And why is that? Because Atom flat-out can't beat a 2-on-1 and would have trouble even with Warlock or Surfer alone (see more of my first post for how exactly Warlock would be doing this).

And his energy manip isn't anything beyond what pretty much our entire team is capable of.
And his strength/durability isn't as great as our team.
And his fighting prowess certainly isn't as good as Warlock, or the rest of our team with ALL of our collective skills (and Dr. Strange's martial arts) downloaded into them by Warlock's soul-link.
And you can ignore the time manip stuff.
And you don't just absorb Warlock's board....especially when it is brutally attacking you (along with the rest of our team).

I doubt I need to go on.

And your extreme-temperature suit for Bill? Clever, but only around as long as Atom is alive (i.e. not long) or until Thor absorbs it.

And Surfer's power cosmic upgrade of Thor isn't for energy manip. It's to increase Thor's durability/strength so that he's stronger, faster, and tougher than Bill. There's nothing to absorb....he'll have his own "silver coat", and he'll pwn the f*ck out of BRB.

Next Bill ports both he,Phantom and Atom to the sun,where bill would be at optimum levels,meaning a sufer who gave up 10% of his power to Thor is up against a pissed uber-korbinite and a nigh-omnipotent being so there is a slight chance he will be crushed.

They will use a variation of the Warlock crusher,with Capt Sometimes holding him in a forcefield and owning him and then letting bill pummel him,either way he isn't leaving that place conscious.

As they return to the battlefield if they find that by some freak of nature,that thor has Acheived victory he will also face the wrath of a very pissed korbinite and a nigh-omnipotent being they could rinse and repeat or use a different style but we all know that thor loses and Digi/scoob wiil die a little inside as they watch our brilliant strategies.

1) It's not that Juggernaut is channeling electric energy, it's that it's flowing through his metal armor due to our initial plan. Seeing as how it was you yourself who stated that Warlock would "teleport" behind Juggs and take his helmet off, this counter should be no problem. Remember it was you who had Warlock attacking Cain, and not the other way around.

It will go exactly as you stated in your first post.

Warlock Teleports behind Cain

Warlock attempts to remove the helmet.

Warlock is either..

1. Fried, and then mauled by Cain.

2. Is surprised he cannot touch Cain, and is grappled and mauled by Cain

3. Removes the Helmet, and finds that beneath lies a ski mast made of the same properties, and is then mauled by Cain.

Either way, the outcome is the same. Warlock mauled, and more than likely left dead. If Warlock approaches Cain, like stated in your first post, he will be quickly dispatched.

2) Juggernaut will have no need to "chase" after Warlock if your standing by your initial plan. The leaping into battle option is only necessary if Cain is on the attack, and so far he's not. I'll go by your initial plan and allow Warlock to teleport behind us, and then will continue with our above stated counter attack.

3) It's not that Cain will be touching Warlock, but that Warlock will make his mistake and try and touch Cain. Something that you yourself stated in your initial plan.

The above scan shows that Surfer's board is created out of raw cosmic energy. I'll let MM go deeper into this, but as you know BRB, and Captain Atom can easily absorb and control virtually any types of energy. Hence when Warlock believes that he has immobilized Bill or Atom by "sticking" them to Surfers board, he will be unpleasantly surprised that his plan failed with a cosmic/atomic/godly/anti matter/etc blast through his head.

However it will never get to this seeing as how Warlock will be dead after his failed attempt at taking of Cain's helmet.

His strength and Defense are beside the point? Warlock will make the mistake of trying to remove Cain's helmet, and when this happens he will be dealt with.

However if you bail from this plan(which I would if I was you), Juggernaut can then approach Warlock by different means. While Warlock is occupied with Bill or Atom, Juggernaut can then get a hold of him by sneaking or simply leaping at him. Again, if Cain gets ahold of Warlock it's over.

I'm not sure who your talking about? Thanos and Atom aren't even in the same comic company, how would he absorb one of his blast?

I was simply naming powers and abilities, he has many more options besides time manipulation. However I'll let MM get deeper into this subject

I'll skip this part, and allow MM to address this section of your post.

Yes, that's exactly what will happen after Warlocks failed attempts to remove Cain's helmet. I'll say again...

In the next panels Warlock awakes and flees.

The element of surprise. You may eventually be able to detect us, but during the beginning of the battle you will have no idea where we are. It will take more than a few seconds to detect us and, a few seconds all we need. Especially considering Stormbreaker now has a supercharged lightning attack stored that’s similar to the one that nearly killed Thor in his battle with Mangog.

I see that you mentioned your "blasting you with a Surfer blast x100" attack. If you look back at our initial write up, you'll see that with our prep I had BRB encase Atom and himself in shields. Stormbreaker/Mjolnir have created shields durable enough to stand up to galaxy destroying blast.

But hey lets say it manages to crack our shields. Lets take a look are BRB's durability.

Trust me After Warlock gets killed by Cain, Atom will be alive for the duration of the battle.

Thor can absorb what he pleases until he gets hit with our Supercharged lightning attack. This attack will leave Thor...

1. dead

2. immobile

3. open for attack

That's how he'll lose this fight.

Bill will cope well even with this power up Thor has received. Bill with his skin tight shield, and quantum armor shouldn't feel the effects from Thor's physical attacks. However if he does he can simply absorb the cosmic energy that gave Thor the power up(scans below), or he can hold Thor off long enough for aid from Cain or Atom.

This time is also taken to turn our team intangible. Unfortunately I do not have the scans, but in Avengers-#300 Mjolnir created a vortex surrounding the Black Knight that made him completely Invisible and Intangible.

Fortunately, I do.

So unless you're putting your entire team in stasis and out of the fight, that whole section of your plan is worthless.

Also, just because Thor and Bill have the same power does not mean they have the same knowledge of their power .... Thor has used Mjolnir for thousands of years ... Bill definitely has not.

Using Thor feats (tx by the way 😛 ) to prove Bill's abilities is totally bogus .... it's comparable to comparing Hal Jordan to a GL that's had the ring for a week.

Now that we've established that you are not invisible or intangible ... and that Bill can't pull out shields and whatnot just because Thor has in the past, it seems like most of your strategy has fallen apart.

All of the feats you've posted from Armageddon shouldn't be valid as he was upgraded by the Void throughout that series.

The "world remaking" stuff happened within the quantum field, not on the world that the rest of DC lives on and seems highly suspect.... and if he could alter reality on a whim he certainly wouldn't be in this tourney.

And if he's as powerful as you say... then why does he get owned so often?

Within around a second he's beaten by Superman.

Ok, on to other things.

As you know, Thor is off kicking the crap out of Bill with his new power cosmic upgrade.

Our esteemed opponents seem to think that a Surfer Surfboard is just energy and can be absorbed.... this is wrong, the board is clearly solid. Surfer manipulates matter to create these boards.

With the power cosmic, thor will now be able to increase his strength by absorbing energy in a similar manner to the Surfer, the difference with Surfer is that Thor has an unlimited supply of external energy to draw from at hand at all times.

He simply needs to channel Mjolnir into himself and soak up as much as he feels comfortable with, easily multiplying his strength many, many times over.

The addition of Strange's martial arts abilities (which are extensive) coupled with Warlock's and Thor's own abilities puts him way past Bill in sheer skill while the other enhancements put him way beyond Bill in speed, strength, durability and power.

Bill's "armour" is laughable in comparison to this.

Phantom helping Warlock Vs Atom

Both Warlock and Phantom have a huge speed/maneuverability advantage over Atom due to their boards

They both have a skill advantage thanks to the combined memories of Strange, Surfer, Warlock, Thor and Phantom himself.

They probably both have a strength advantage over Atom as well.

Basically, while Warlock is doing his thing, Phantom runs a few circles around the Juggernaut to make him feel involved, blasts a hole underneath him and collapses it when Juggs falls in.... then he rushes Atom, who is distracted fighting Warlock, and just slams the board into the back of his head in a similar manner to this:

That guy (Immortus) beat down both Thor and Surfer in one on one matches prior to Surfer jumping him from behind.

Ok ... So thor is beating Bill through superior power and skill, Juggernaut is trying to climb out of the ground after faux-Surfer caved the hole in on him and Atom is being stomped by the double team.

Once Juggernaut emerges .... well .... Digi is dealing with that for now.

No, but being invisible shouldn't be a problem. So when your mules come charging into battle with our mustangs, yous mules will be surprised to find nobody there. Then with the element of surprise we can take the advantage.

Is it really that difficult? I mean is pointing his hammer and simply willing it to create the a shield that difficult, because thats seemingly all Thor ever does. We never see Thor do much besides point the hammer, and whatever he wants to come out, comes out. It's also not like BRB is "new" to the hammer, it shouldn't be that difficult to produce a shield. BRB is half cyborg, it shouldn't be much of a problem producing identical feats with Stormbreaker

Identical hammer which do the same exact same thing, there should be no reason why I can't use Mjolnir(not Thor feats) to help display what Stormbreaker is capable of.

And a "Gl" is non comparable to Thor/BRB. Thor and BRB's power doesn't fluctuate on will power, nor does their power have to be charged. BRB should have no problem duplicating Thor's feats where as it would be more difficult for a GL to do the same, especially considering BRB's had possession of one of the hammers since 1983. To my knowledge 23 years > a week. 😉

There should be no reason why Stormbreaker can't duplicate the shields Mjolnir has created in the past.

Are Strategy is still strong, what you should be worried about is how your going to get Warlock free from Cain after his failed attempts at getting Cains helmet off. Looks to me that your most valuable character will be dealt with fairly quickly in this fight.😉

I'll let MM handle Atom's feats and what not.

Looks like your beloved Thor was about to be killed by our useless Cain Marko who didn't even want to fight. It was only a few pages too, that Cain marko works fast.

I knew no such thing. Bill will cope well even with this power up Thor has received. Bill with his skin tight shield, and quantum armor shouldn't feel the effects from Thor's physical attacks.

It is energy, the same cosmic energy that Surfer outer skin is made of.

What matter does Surfer manipulate in the scan below?

None, he simply releases energy from his hands to create another shield. There was matter manipulation involved, but even if there was it would be no problem for Atom or Bill to manipulate the energy into a prison that holds Warlock/Phantom/Thor.

What would stop BRB from absorbing the energy from Thor? nothing, BRB can either....

1. Absorb the energy back from Thor, leaving Thor at normal power lv's.

2. Stormbreaker/Mjolnir can reverse energy polarities (Avengers#70 vs. Hyperion- meaning that BRB can reverse the energy power up process, weakening Thor.

3. Give Thor one of these(scans below) while he stands there gloating about the energy he's absorbing.

Either option will leave Thor vulnerable for more attacks, you and I both know how aggressive BRB is.🙂

Like I said, Thor may slightly edge Bill in the skill department, but due to the shield and Quantum armor Bill should be fine. However Thor is still vulnerable for attack, and can and will feel pain.

Like I said, the boards are created from raw cosmic energy, and thus can be absorbed and or manipulated by Atom or Bill.

A skill advantage wont help vs character who are virtually invulnerable. We will not feel any pain, due to our initial plan.

Again a strength advantage wont mean much considering the defensive prep placed upon Atom.

If you follow your initial plan (which you wont) than Warlock will be catching a beat down from Cain. Cain after completely decimating Warlock(kind of like how he did Thor😛), will then help take care of Thor. Phantom during this time has been teleported away by Bill (this should leave him out of the battle for a brief period.) and the double beat down shall commence. After his battle with Cain, Thor will be left dead and this leaves us only with Phantom. Phantom returns to be triple teamed.

It's good your crawling away from your initial plan, because it would have been lights out for your team. 🙂

However this plan wont work either. Your baords have already been absorbed and or manipulated into prisons. Juggernaut will not be put out the fight so easily, especially considering his jumping abilities. Even if you did manage to strike Atom from behind with your board, the shield should keep him safe from harm. Thor's power up has already been dealt with, thus BRB will reacieve no beating especially with his uber shield.
