I believe we agree on the subject of "Let a man be judge by his actions and not by the color of the skin..." and so on.

Even though I agree sterotypes and all that stuff are wrong...denying their right to vote is just not very democratic. If we going to pick and choose who should vote and who shouldn't vote it's practically pointless. People who have those issues that...may never change. But still can't deny them the right to vote.
