There is a lot more in a name than you think. Most Americans don't vote on political believes. Most vote of weather or not they like the guy and some people will not like him because of his name.
Side story
Many surveys prove that simple names like John, Tom, and Steve have a greater chance of getting a job that not so common names, Like Tamaqua, Dalquon, Zeylon, and Obama. Gaining presidency is like gaining a job so a name plays a factor. Sad but true

Black bigots (they do exist) are generally Democrats for the sole reason that blacks are usually Democrats regardless of their beliefs. I also stand by the argument that the Democratic party is better for minorities than the Republican party, but that's because most white bigots are Republican. My second argument is dependent on the first.
And you have been smoking too much pot. I don't think I can help you; you are a waist of my time. 😄
By the way, it's spelled 'waste'

Anyhow, Obama's going to have to find a way to overcome that obstacle to stand a chance.
I agree. But, what have we got to lose? I mean even people with experience in Congress or previous gov's of states have turned out to be imcompetent. So why not take a gamble on a fresh young voice and face who hasn't been corrupted/jaded by our political system already?

I wasn't making a statement weather he's the right person for the job or not, just that his inexperience will be a huge hurdle for him to overcome in convincing many voters.

I'm not sure about him having to overcome many hurdles, he'll get a ton of votes because he isn't the typical white male running for office.
Not that it's critical but aside from his new position in the Sentate what other offices has he held?

In fact, when he was younger, Barrack Hussein Obama, lived in Indonesia, a terrorist breading country for four years.
I wouldnt trust his decisions as far as I could throw a truck.
And whoever said sadly, more people in America are pro gun, you obviously dont know 1/10 of the gun issue. Your judgement has no basis if you studied the topic at all.
