With regards to Bruce's skills, he's in contention for the #1 spot along with a few others. Lady Shiva and the new batgirl, her daugther Cassanda Cain, are at the top of the list right now. And yes, Batgirl can beat Batman at this point. Not easily, but it is possible. Anyway, I don't T'challa walking away with the wins here.

Never said he wasnt in the same tier as them, but Tiger beat him straight up the first time didnt he? Batman stale-mating that one because he'd prepped accordingly. Dragon taught him, I reckon they're about equal though.
And if Batman was clear-minded and Cassie was blood-lusted thats hardly a fair fight is it? All of this is dreadfully random though. I still go for T'Challa to be honest.
EDIT- i'll admit Bruce has him in h2h skill, but I just reckon the sensory advantage swings it for him just barely.

T'challa takes this.
Bruce is usually thought to be in the top level or martial artists in the DCU. T'Challa usually is not even considered to be in the top tier of MU's martial artists.
Bruce is everybit as strong and as durable or even as fast at T'Challa is. Bruce does it naturally to where T'Challa uses the herb to get there. Physically they are pretty equal but Bruce has the better skill.

Also T'Challa did not defeat Captain America to my knowledge. His father beat a young Cap (before Cap went through any MA training, etc) after a long fight, though when Hudlin stated that, he obviously had no idea that Cap was shipped out right after Operation: Rebirth.
