But still, she's done enough impressive feats to be considered as powerful as an Omega, without actually being acknowlaged as an Omega. Damn writers. 😒

🤨 if you agree with me, why are you still mad about her not being an omega level mutant??? Doesn't make sense, does it?!
Btw.: Emma is my absolutely favourite mutant, but she has never done anything that one could consider an "omega level feat", meaning anything off scale powerful. All major feats of hers are "only" showing an amazimg combination of strong psi, brilliant tactic and unrivaled skill.

I give up.
Now lets stop giving our views and start apreciating Emma Frost!

Alternate Future Emma Frost slaughters Legion

New Mutants 9

(6th January 2010)
Writer: Zeb Wells
Artist: Paul Davidson

Magik reveals that if she did not aid the New Mutants against Legion, Emma Frost would have slaughtered him by destroying each and everyone of his personalities.

Magik then reveals that all the X-Men died when the Elder Gods attacked. She comes back in time to prepare the X-Men for an attack from travellers of Limbo.

Maby your Emma Frost!
I see a woman who simply tries to protect her own kind and who retaliates deadly in an alternate future out of grief and despair over her fallen loved ones
... more evidence of the caring, vulnerable diamond queen that is my Emma Frost. 😉

Did I read that right, did Magik kill Witchfire? Interesting considering their last encounter. However, that may be a retelling of their first encounter judging by Witchfire's hand.

Sorry, are you looking at Emma Frost (that's the ice queen who stole Jean Grey's husband(and didn't even cry when he died in astonishing, though he was resurected later) and screwed with everyone's head from the day the they met her) or someone else?

What i meant was, even though Emma is my ultimate favourate person in the Marvelverse, She's still a *****, no matter how classy.
Still, I'm not even sure that's a correct version of Emma, coz Emma would come up with something better to say than "Die!! Dieeee!!!" Mainstream Emma would probably say something like "The say diamonds are forever. They certainly won't die like you're about to".
Much more Emma. 😉

Oh, ofcourse Emma is behaving like a manipulative, sarcastic, deceptive, yet irritatingly direct and hurtfully honest bi*ch, but she is not at all hartless, on the contrary. Even Phoenix-Jean acknowledged aunty Emma's true love for Scott, even Xavier saw that despite her behaviour she deeply cares for her kind in general and her student in particular, to a point even that brought her down emotionally when she lost some of them to Fitzroy, the Sentinels or Stryker.
Just because she is able to keep her feelings in check in front of those she has to take care of, just becaue she plays the ice-queen and doesn't outwardly react like you would to immediate emotional trauma, doesn't mean she has no emotions or is heartless ... obviously. ✅

OK, you win. But at least we agree she's a *****

And it's heartless , darling, not hartless.

Who needs Google?

Wolverine: Origins #6

Seems pretty impressive, well, assuming Wolverine hasn't developed his own telepathy.

Apparently any X-Man can just concentrate hard, and then Emma calls back (if you stand next to phone) and answers any questions.
Without you even having to state them out loud, she will know what you want already. 😄

(The person Wolverine was looking for was Maverick, and yes, he was where she said)

Crazy feat

Oh, it's not about "winning" anything, darling, it's about precision.

Did i really wrote it wrong the first time i used this word in my last post? Stupid me! Is it too much to ask for indulgence for a non mother-tongue speaker?

@ nikbackm

Indeed a pretty nice feat of hers.

* iirc, she cried to Logan on why did she fell in love with Scott "Bloody" Summers, remember that? and she did shed tears when Scott died in her arms in Breakworld story arc... 😉

I was referring to a different part of astonishing Darling. I think it's actually posted somewhere on this thread, though i can't tell you the page.

* she had her moment, really... she has a heart, in some ways...

Yes darling she does. now on with the thread...

The proxy link for the respect thread redux. The actual link is in the post on the Russian board given above due to KMC censoring out the word "pr0boards" (there should be o instead of 0)...

The redux version is "work in progress", I'm slowly bringing stuff from that thread into redux one (it's convinient due to not having 15 minutes edit limit, so the posts can be updated as needed).

Thats a wicked site, looks like it'll be much better organised than this thread

Once I'm done with TEH REDUX (and get the stable workaround), I'll ask Digi to edit the first post of that one to include the updated version (stole an idea from Id's textbook, but then it's convinient to have a board of your own without silly "15 minutes edition limit" policy.
