Whatever your thoughts are, they are incorrect. I was always bisexual, but at one point I was a proud Christian (even while I was bisexual)
I began to dislike Christianity when I learned of the History of our Church. I was raised Catholic, need I remind you.
I knew long ago that the church disapproved of any sexuality other than Heterosexuality, which was why I consecutively tried "being straight"..I thought it was the "right thing" to do.
I beleived in God heavily, and I beleived that the Church and Christianity was the answer to salvation for this world's troubles. I woke up when I actually did my research.
The Church, both Christian and Protestant have been responsible for some of the worst evils imaginable in this world.
I was in shock...my ignorance of my religion was erased. How could a force I hold so much respect for have been responsible for these things ?
Secondly, I began to speak to other Christians. People who claimed moral superiority, yet contained such judgement for other people (and not just moral judgement, but superficial judgement as well)

I still had Faith though...I figured...."But God isn't responsible for what people do."
I rationalized to myself that anyone who does these wrongs, or thinks these things aren't "true Christians"

I spoke to people from different denominations....Mormon, Catholic, Evangelical, Baptist, the like....I even had Gay flings that were "Christian" and explained to me about their Faith and thier understanding of thier religion..ironic, no ?

Not only did I find that there are VAST Differences between each Christian sect, but that many of these Christians actually HATE each other.
They cannot tolerate each other's differences, many of them.
I became confused....how could this religion be responsible for any kind of Hatred at all?
Then I began to read the BIBLE more...to see if I can find my answers.

The Bible itself gives validation and excuses to hate..excuses to enact with violence and injustice against other people.

At age 18, I gave up my Faith. I no longer considered myself Christian, because the basis of Christianity, the Bible goes against my own personal perception of right and wrong....violence, hate, and judgement are never right in my eyes. Never...
Not to mention the Hypocrisy the Churches have been responsible for today, and centuries back...
and oh yeah....
The fact that they beleive I deserve to be tortured in Hell also contributed to it a bit.... 😉

I have also stated so many other reasons why I dislike Christianity and Islam, all over the place, but the only argumetns you pay attention to are my "gay" ones
