Don't need to.
well, if you don't want to present any argument for why you feel the way you do about religion (and I'm sure they would be full of holes), at least give us a few examples of some social movements that you view as having had a positive impact on humanity.
Then we can all discuss the extent of your hypocrisy, and, if we're lucky, hubris 🙂
unless you like to think everything, without exception, is perfect
I never meant to impy that the ideal of perfection was something to be taken seriously. interesting perhaps, but not in itself of serious consequence (unless you take into account the effect that such an idea has on the thoughts and behaviors or people, which could be both positive and negative)

You can't prove it, that is why you will not even try. 🙄

America. The natives were very peaceful and helped eachother out, when religion came, do I even need to say it?
India. Because of religion, it's now 6 countries instead of 1.
China has very few religion. It's one of the most powerfullest countries in the world.
Korea has no religion, and on average, it has the highest IQ.
Britain has very few religious people, and we're the most hard working country.
May I say more?

The "noble savage?" Give me a break.

They're also totalitarian dictatorships. Do you have a point?

If it's all going to be like this, it might be best if you didn't.

To say the America and Europe did not have religion before Christianity, is to ignore all of the pagan religions. Also, the native American's where not very peaceful and helping each other. They constantly were at war with each other.
Most of China's history is filled with religion. And I don't know where you get this highest IQ about Korea. South Korea has lots of religion, and North Korea is on the verge of starvation most of the time.
